We want to recognize this enduring dedication by spotlighting Tribal members with Motivator of the Month.
Our first Motivator of the Month is Lisa Kapoun. Lisa started with Perma-Seal in March 2019 as an Inside Sales Account Manager, in her first year with the company, she has become an invaluable member of the Tribe.

Q&A // Get to know Lisa
What do you enjoy about your role at Perma-Seal?
I love the constant customer contact, I love helping people get their homes repaired and healthy, I love working with other Tribal members who care about the customer and community as much as I do. I love a Leadership team that treats you like family.
What motivates you to live Perma-Seal’s Core Values?
My motivation is that it all matters to someone, whether it’s a fellow Tribe member or a customer, the Core Values matter. It makes us stand out in a field of competitors.
What has been your favorite charitable event that you’ve been a part of with Perma-Seal?
The Feed My Starving Children event in February was so much fun. We came together as Tribe members and family members to help make the world a better place.
Hometown? What do you love about it?
I grew up in Oswego and still live there today. I love that I have everything I need with an old fashioned downtown area and a bike trail that rides along the Fox River where I rode 60 miles commencing my 60th Birthday.
Favorite sports team?
The Bears. My family gets together to watch every game… and yell at the quarterback.
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I like to travel. We have traveled to Mexico, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, France, Italy, and Kenya in the last 10 years
Anything you’d like to share about your family?
I am married to my best friend, and lucky to still have my 89 year old mother that I take care of. I have 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren ranging from 22 years old to 6 years old. Everyone still lives close by.
