At the celebration, Perma-Seal guests toured the new facility, enjoyed light refreshments in the companies renovated “Momma Rosie’s Café” and reflected on the long standing partnerships and support Perma-Seal has received since their beginnings in 1979.
Chief Operations Officer Laura Ann Spencer expressed many thanks during the “fast and furious journey” to Perma-Seal’s new home. “This facility is a more fitting headquarters for Perma-Seal as it more accurately reflects our culture. It will also assist in our efforts of attracting more strong people as we continue to make the world a better place for Chicagoland and northwestern Indiana homeowners.”
The Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony comes right off the heels of Perma-Seal being recognized as a 2018 Chicago Tribune Top Workplace. Ranking top 10 within the Small Business Category.
“This is our new home. It’s a monument.” Roy Spencer explained. “A monument to all of our clients, over 350,000 homeowners who trusted us to do work in their homes and to do what we said we would do. And to treat their homes with respect.”
