Antonio, our technician, did a great job. He was prompt, professional and very friendly.

Niko inspected my pumps and foundation. Also explained findings on foundation and brickwork. He inspected the outside foundation as well. Recommendations provided on how to improve including the perma dry system which I will consider next year. He also, identified some brick and crack issues and recommended I contact BBB for a construction rep. as Permaseal does not perform that work. Thank you for a thorough examination of my home and the recommendations. I will be in touch in the future for the Permadry system. Very thorough review. Much appreciated.

One thing I can say for certain is Dylan has excellent work etiquette. I’ve never had anyone come in and actually introduce themselves and have a nice conversation. Usually they just go straight to the crawl space and try to sell me something. Also thank you for explaining the basement defender to me, sounds a lot better than testing it my self.

Unfortunately we couldn’t find what might have been making the musty smell, but Antonio was pleasant and explained things well and made a few suggestions as to how we could get better performance from some of our sump pumps.

Jim G. came out and did a great job. Called for one crack that I saw after we had drywall opened from a flood and Jim found 5 additional cracks that were leaking. And also gave recommendations on sump upgrades and underground extensions to keep water away from house.

Antonio did an excellent job explaining all of our options. Once the pump was installed, he showed me how to run a test. He showed me an alternative way to plug it in also. While we did not opt to go with the Wi-Fi back up plan at this point, he offered to come back and hook it up if we changed our mind. Antonio was very professional and personable

I was impressed because I called the company because of moisture in my home (e.g. floor) sometime during the fall/winter. I was instructed to call Permaseal by a friend, which I did. Well, I have no basement. Nevertheless Chris went the extra mile, by inspecting the perimeter of my home and asking if I had a crawl space. He was able to determine yes (that wasn’t easy), and I wasn’t able to find access to it. He was so patient and pleasant. All of what he did and said exemplified excellent customer service. Thank you Chris! When I find the access point, I will be calling back. 05/08/24

Perma-Seal came in today and gave me an estimate on some fixes that were needed for my home. I was shown step by step with a few videos what typically causes damage to a home, that damage had already happened to my home and what could be done to fix the problems. I feel confident moving forward with my decision to use Perma-Seal that the job will be done and addressed correctly.

Sam did an amazing job. We had a bit more complicated of a situation that originally expected when we made the call and Sam worked through all our issues and got everything fixed and up and running. He was thorough and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend.

Sam was courteous and friendly and on time. He explained my options if I wanted to upgrade my system but wasn’t pushy.

Kegan installed a sump and 2 backups (one for a second sump in another area). He was efficient and neat, explained everything to me carefully and left all the areas tidy. Glad that he solved my problem so quickly.
