He and my son got the pump hooked back up to the internet and showed me how to check online to see if there are any problems. I hope Keegan comes back for my inspection next year.

Keegan performed annual maintenance on my Basement Defender system, and he replaced a pump float switch that had been acting up. He was prompt, courteous, skillful, and efficient. He listened carefully to my description of the pump float issue, and addressed it effectively.
