Jesse and Pete came to my house for a consultation. The consultation was extremely informative and thorough. They both were receptive to my questions/concerns. They did an extensive examination of my attic and used their tools to point out areas of concern. I did sign a contract and am having the attic sealing/insulation work done. I feel Jesse and Pete are true assets to the company. They have the knowledge and professionalism any company would want. Aside from that, they were easy to work with and I felt that they treated my home project with respect.

Jesse from Permaseal came to the house at the time he said he would. He climbed into my attic to check the situation with the insulation. When he was done with that he went through the house with a thermal camera, showing my wife and I all the cold spots that were caused by my poor attic insulation. We then sat down and talked numbers. While not inexpensive, it was a fair price especially considering the amount of work involved. We agreed on the price and signed a contract that afternoon. No high pressure sales tactics, just the fact about my current insulation and what Permaseal was going to do to make my house more energy efficient. Very pleasant experience.
