I would like to recognize Austin Keen for the truly professional service he preformed today.
If Perma -Seal had all service technicians like Austin, they would have 100% of the basement flooding business.
Austin was totally up front with the process he was going to preform. He explained what he was doing, and encouraged me to ask any questions that I had about the equipment or the performance I was getting from the Perma-Seal installation.
It was a very positive experience for me.

christian was prompt and called when he had to stop at a job on his way here. he replaced the pump and left the house in the same condition as he found it. a very pleasant person/employee.
