Anthony and Nile came out to the home to check on the Sump Pump. They were able to detect a problem with the back up battery and did a replacement as promised in the warranty. They were both very knowledgeable and polite. They made the work and inspection easy to follow.

Brett Meeker was excellent. He patiently spent the time to explain the process and gave us options for certain areas that were problematic. We explained to him that our previous experience with Perma-Seal in having inside drain tile installed, along with the clear explanation he gave about the current technology involved for concrete raising, were keys to proceeding with the project. We set a date for having the work done and paid a down payment. He knows his business.

The technician Tyler Cook was very professional and thorough. Some advice was given on overall conditions in our basement which were very much appreciated.

Austin Keen was very kind and thorough. He made sure to explain everything he was doing and what we should expect to see. He made sure I understood how the app and the system work. He suggested tips on further protecting our foundation and made sure I knew how successfully the basement defender system has worked.
