I have working with George Heller twice now on fixing cracks in my crawlspace. Highly recommend very professional and it works!! Appreciate all the hard work and timely appointments.

He is very pleasant and was very communicative before he arrived, he arrived on time, was very professional and explained in great detail the issues he found. He also explained in detail the cost of repairing the different issues and timing of the repairs.

I called for consultation for some windows that were hard to open and some wall cracks along load bearing beam. We have a gutter drainage problem on one side of the house. I assumed our foundation was maybe sinking. But Nick D, performed a very thorough inspection and determined the foundation. But my issue was due to a slope in the floor above the crawl space. He was very thorough in his presentation in explaining the issues I had and providing solutions to resolve the problem. I will definitely have the work done and if the repair work is as thorough as the service Nick D performed I am sure there will not be any issue.

Jim G came out to give an estimate on a crack repair. He let me know his timing of arrival and was very efficient with his time on the home. He showed me samples and before and after pictures.

Keegan King came out to perform routine maintenance on our sump pump systems, foundation walls and dehumidifier. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and what his findings were. He was professional, courteous and respectful of my house. He took the time to not only explain everything to me but he talked to my husband on the phone and explained everything to him also. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We have been working with Perma Seal for over a decade. Antonio was very thorough and knowledgeable about all your products and services. I would like to work with him going forward. Don’t let him get hired away by one of you competitors!!
