Dick was very clear in explaining the problem and solution to my house settling. He went through step by step of what needs to be done. He had answers to all my questions. He was very nice and helpful and would recommend him to anyone.

Jake was out today to service the permanent dehumidifier that we purchased from Perma-Seal. He gave us all the answers we needed and went out of his way to be helpful, kind, and informative. He is an excellent representative for the Perma-Seal name.

Dan and Tony were professional and knowledgeable. I have tried for a long time to determine the cause of the cold air I had in one room. They asked all the right questions and knew just what to do to determine what was wrong. They found the problem and provided a full estimate covering everything I would need to do. Totally pleased with the work!

I had some foundation cracks in my basement and I called Perma Seal to come out and advise. They have done window wells, drains, and filled other cracks for me. I don’t know where they find these servicemen…but they are always the best. Jesus Duron, the serviceman who would fix the foundation cracks, is yet another exemplary employee. He was professional, polite, and didn’t mind my incessant questions. A real plus. His job site was neat and he cleaned up after the completed work. It was cleaner than when he started. I can’t recommend Jesus Duran enough. Just a great guy…and he loved my music. Can’t go wrong with Jesus and Perma Seal. Thanks Jesus.

My wife, Jill (Ellis) and I had our sump pump fail. We called Perma Seal and they sent an associate (Jerimiah) out the say day. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and did the repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Jerimiah explained everything that went wrong with the old pumps and what the difference is between the old set up and the new. He talked us through the new app installation and how it works.
Fifteen years ago we had Perma Seal incapsulate our crawl space and was and have been very happy with that project, also.

Nicholas Liguras was very professional and also very patient as he examined the basement and showed and explained the problem of the leakage. He explained the reason for the leakage and possible ways to repair it. He patiently explained the options with pictures and drawings to show what was necessary to the long term solution and not a quick temporary solution. He answered all of my questions and concerns very professionally. Unfortunately I was not able to afford the cost of the permanent repair. In spite of this, he continued to be polite and professional as I apologized for wasting his time. He assured me I was not wasting time but had a right to ask questions. I’m sorry I could not afford the cost of the work, but Nicholas was a professional from beginning to end of his visit.
If five stars represent the best, I give Nicholas five stars.

Had some seepage in my basement. Nicholas Liguras came out to find the source of my problem. He was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. Nicholas was very thorough in his investigation. Turned out it wasn’t a foundation issue and didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need.

This is our second project with Perma-Seal. The first experience was excellent so we asked for them to complete three new projects. Our estimated, Dick, was very knowledgeable and well prepared to evaluate our project and quote a solution. We are very pleased with Perma-Seal.

Permaseal sent someone to my home the day I called in response to a home inspection. Dick arrived and was able to answer our questions, address our concerns, and schedule the work within the timeframe necessary.

I have a dirt crawl space. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job. From beginning to end, Perma-Seal did EVERYTHING they said they would. Had engineer inspect their work. He was VERY impressed with Perma-Seal. I would recommend Perma-Seal to everybody. Their service people and all others that I had contact with were polite and courteous. Thanks for the great work you did Perma-Seal.

Perma-Seal repaired three foundation cracks under the crawl space. The technician that did the actual work was excellent. He was punctual, courteous, polite, kept a clean work space, and very informative.

Perma-Seal installed interior drain tile in our crawl space. The crew did a great job. They kept the house very clean in the midst of a very messy job. Good price.

They were here to please and made sure the customer was happy. They were prompt and professional. My husband handles more of the price aspect, so I don’t know what he compared it to. Perma-Seal Basement Systems redid the seal in the crawl space.

Duane Swiggum called to confirm he was coming ahead of time and showed up on time to give me an estimate for encapsulating my crawl space. He was very helpful and we will definitely be working with him in the future. Perma-Seal seems like a reputable company thanks to its employees.

They are very professional and on time. Everything was what they said it would be. They did their own financing which was helpful. They also had the best price out of the bids we got. They installed new drain tile & sump pump in our crawl space.

Christian did a fantastic job installing my new DC Defender system. My questions are always non-stop regarding any service call and he answered them all in detail and with patience! I will be scheduling installation of a Perma-Dry system in the next 4-6 weeks and hope to maybe see Christian again!

Austin is a great representative for your company. He was very proficient at his job, not only of the evaluations of present equipment, but also the installation of the replacement.

Antonio is a great communicator, which really made me feel comfortable and respected – something that matters to me very much. It was a great load off my mind to have the service done, and to understand more about the system, now that I’ve had it for a year. Just like George, and the people who installed the system, Antonio was not only very professional, but very friendly, and cared enough to make sure I understood how everything works. Niko did a complete check up of our system and briefed us on all issues. He was very thorough and professional along with being friendly. Very much enjoyed his work.

Niko did an excellent job looking at the details of the sump system, as well as making me aware of the other areas of the house he would analyze. He was also informative while explaining possible replacement of a hot water heater, attentive to details, polite, and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him do similar work at our house in the future.

Niko was very thorough in examining the sump pumps, the dehumidifier and filter, and the drainage system from the roof and backup sump, tested everything, noted some issues which need addressing in the next year.
