Christian was prompt and had great communication. Inspected with me and pointed everything out, was quick, courteous and completed all the tests. Recommended a battery replacement, which he then did on the spot, and helped me get set up with the Basement Defender app. Easy, no issues.

Anthony was very helpful today. He came to check on the dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He noted it was not working properly and was able to replace it while he was here. We’ve dealt with PermaSeal a few times since buying our house 2 years ago. Most of the people we’ve dealt with have been great. Admittedly, one was subpar. And there have been a few hiccups with projects here and there that PermaSeal rectified. But Tyler’s visit the other day was spectacular. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, provided some easy DIY things I could do to help my crawl space, and set my mind at ease about some other things I was worried about. If something comes up again, PermaSeal is my first call. Especially if they hire great folks like Tyler.
