Two years after Permaseal installed our sump pump and filled cracks in our basement wall, I had them out for a maintenance inspection. I received exceptional service from our tech. He explained every step of the inspection. Explained things to look for in our basement that could cause water issues. Assured me that our pump was working and educated me on the life span of our pumps and water heater. In addition to this, he was prompt and friendly. Thank you for the great service!

Anthony is helping to restore my faith in Permaseal. I had an awful experience with them previously; however, this young man listened, answered my questions, addressed my concerns. Keegan was terrific. Timely, thorough, neat. Explained our new system, including Basement Defender, very well. Very pleased with the service.

Technician, James Heath, performed said inspections at my son’s house in Darien on July 26th. James arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the scope of his visit in a very concise and clear manner. Inspections were completed very quickly. He went over the results and identified other areas he felt should be noted. Explained same and formulated a proposal on the spot and submitted accordingly. I found James to be a very personable and professional individual. He is a team member that any company would be happy to have. So, a big shout out for a job well done! A sure 5 star rating.
