John Ferguson came to give me an estimate on bowing walls in my basement. He is very knowledgeable and was very thorough in his review. He explained everything to me as he was seeing it and explained why everything was happening and everything made sense. He took his time and was very patient with questions and answered all my questions.

Keegan King came this afternoon to do our annual maintenance inspection.
After checking outside discharge area, he started cleaning out the window wells. I informed him that PS had not installed those, but he said he’d clean them out for us anyway!
I had questions for him about the Basement Defender plan and understanding the app. After doing his inspection, he took the time to explain how the system works and the plans available. We had Keegan as our tech in 2022 and were very impressed so we requested to have him come out this year. Keegan is knowledgeable, personable and as mentioned above goes above and beyond what was expected. He is truly an asset to PS and I’d highly recommend him!

Keegan arrived on time and quickly got to work checking my pumps and battery backup, etc.. He explained that while the pumps were working the battery needed to be replaced. He explained the cost as well as the cost of a three year service plan, called a three pack. I agreed to the three pack and new battery since it made sense. I’m very happy with Keegan and his quality of work,

Keegan did a thorough job of inspecting the system and explained things in a clear concise manner. He also explained all services of Permaseal and represented the company very well.
