Jim G came out today and gave an honest assessment of my sump system. We just had a new sump installed in 2021 by PermaSeal but an alarm was going off on our back up system not installed by PermaSeal. Jim was able to find out my back up system was from April 2015 and should be replaced.

Unfortunately we couldn’t find what might have been making the musty smell, but Antonio was pleasant and explained things well and made a few suggestions as to how we could get better performance from some of our sump pumps.

Very satisfied! The service technician took his time, explained info, answered questions and did top-notch problem solving to address multiple issues. By the end of the appointment, my sump pump issues were completely resolved. Follow-up is already scheduled to figure out solutions for structural issues identified.
