Jake was great. He explained everything in detail (learned about sump pumps today) what was happening to my pump and what was needed to fix it. At no point did I feel that I was under pressure to make a decision and he was nice enough to go through everything again over the phone with my husband who was at work.

Fantastic Service!

Keegan explained in detail what he was going to do and the ins and outs of what the ejector pump and current dehumidifiers we have do. Keegan made sure our backup pumps in good conditions and connected to wifi. Keegan also looked over some other areas of our house that I had concerns with so he took measurements where needed and is working on getting us a quote for future repair. He also talked about the maintenance programs permaseal offers.

Keegan was very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He also called prior to arrival with the ETA and was prompt.

Keegan was thorough, explained what he was doing. Gave me good information on reconnecting the sump to WiFi after power outages, as well as ongoing dehumidifier monitoring.
