I have been a PermaSeal customer for over nine years. I truly am so pleased that I selected your organization to perform my waterproofing needs all those years ago! Since that time, I have really only had two occasions to call for additional assistance. Every representative I have encountered has been a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday, I had two of your employees (Ramone and Isbi) here to fix a window well drain. I really can’t say enough good things about them! They were extremely dedicated to determining the cause of my problem and then taking all the necessary steps to fix it. Aside from their technical skills, I truly need to make mention of the fact they exhibited characteristics that you really can’t teach employees. They were extremely courteous, considerate, pleasant, respectful and professional. I sincerely mean these things and could five examples of each comment but let it suffice to say they deserve all of these accolades. I would feel so comfortable welcoming them into my home again! I used to dread heavy rainstorms & spring thaws because if a saw a lake in my backyard I knew there was also one in the basement. This was a totally unusable floor of my house. I called Permaseal, they came out & did a complete & professional inspection explaining in detail what they were going to do. At the install I didn’t know how they were going to get all that cement out of my basement but they did it all in one day and left the place spotless. The next major rain came 2 days later – I gingerly tiptoed down my basement stairs not knowing what to expect – DRY DRY DRY!!! And it has been DRY ever since 2 yrs later. I have now reclaimed my entire basement as a living space. Thank you Permaseal!!!

A shoutout for Kenneth Allen Laundie, who came out on a very cold day and performed the inspection with professionalism and courtesy.

We had 7 to 10 inches of water in our basement. Ken Porter arrived and he efficiently assessed the situation, explained the problem and quickly installed the needed pumps. He is an extremely capable technician and we could not be more satisfied with his service. We have always used permaseal and we always will. Had an issue with the sumps in the main pit, there are two pits, each with a main pump and a back up. The main pit receives continuous water after storms and winter melts that even neighbors have commented how often the sump runs. Gina reviewed the situation and provided options of what could be done to highly reduce the risk of my basement flooding. She was patient, detailed, professional, knowledgeable, and overall wanted to provide the correct solution. I very much appreciated her work and friendliness, she provided peace of mind. I have been a Perma Seal customer for almost ten years and all of my interactions have been professional including the folks who schedule the calls to those who do the field work.

Chris Hayden came out do do an estimate on my moms place. He was very knowledgeable as we walked all around the house. Never tried to over sell me on anything. I’ve used Perma-Seal before and would use them again. I highly recommend calling them and see if Chris Hayden can come out.

I battled leakage from a useless ash pit located next to my basement fireplace for many years. Because it only seemed to cause an issue after ongoing, ground saturating rains I put up with the inconvenience of sucking water out with a shop-vac and dumping it into either the existing sump pit or laundry room sink when it filled up after sucking the water every 10-15 minutes so it would not flood my family room. This happened a couple times a year, but last winter & spring were the final straws. After coming home after a weekend getaway to a completely flooded family room due to a heavy winter rain that seeped down my foundation due to frozen ground, I’d had enough and decided to do something about it as soon as the ground thawed. Unfortunately, a flooding, ongoing rain hit before I made any calls and I spent 48 hours, sucking water out of that ash pit EVERY 5 minutes around the clock…dumping 108, 6 gallon shop-vacs into the sump pit!!! I spoke with several companies but at this point I really wanted the Cadillac of companies and called PermaSeal because I’d heard & read nothing but rave reviews. When Ron Rodriguez came out to assess the issue, he showed me a detailed power point presentation that explained the process and answered all of my questions! He was so personable and professional that it really eased my concerns and I was convinced I had made the right decision. The work crew was also amazing! They were all so pleasant and so consciensus about maintaining the condition of my yard while doing the deep trenching required to repair the issue. They also completed the job in an unbelievable time span. The 8-10 foot deep trench across the front of my house was opened up the first day and when they cleaned things up to leave for the day, I panicked a bit due to a heavy rain forecast for that night! When I talked to the foreman, he said, you are good to go – no worries… Your drainage pipes are installed and connected to your new sump system that’s working just fine! It poured pitch forks & hammer handles that night and although I camped out in the basement to keep an eye on the ash pit, it stayed bone dry…and has been ever since!!! The work was completed by noon the day and my yard was immaculate! I could not recommend PermaSeal’s quality and the people who make up every aspect of their business more highly!

Ruben Gonzalez came out to do a basement inspection to make sure I did not have any foundation cracks while I am in the process of selling my house. After his very professional inspection and very in debt explanation I am very happy to know that I have no problems to worry about things in my foundation and basement. Ruben ws wonderful. Gene Krukowski exceeded your usually excellent annual sump pump service. Tested all systems. Assured that we will not have mold or musty smelling sumps. Also gave us advice on how to keep them fresh between annual check ups. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Last year Perma-Seal installed drain tile and an additional sump pump in my basement. I was very impressed with their work. Everything has been working fine but because winter is coming I decided to have Perma-Seal over to make sure that everything was in good shape. Christian Salgado inspected my basement and outside. He tested my sump pumps and confirmed that the work that Perma-Seal did was in good working order. He also gave us a quote for a few things that he felt should be addressed. Christian was knowledgeable, took the time to patiently explain his finding to us and really seemed like a nice guy. It is great to have the piece of mind that I shouldn’t have any problems with water this winter.

Keegan did an excellent job at our yearly maintenance visit. He was knowledgeable and did inform us of age of equipment and pointed out foundation cracks that way be a source of water issues.

Joe analyzed our system and checked outdoor and indoor system performance. He also set up my basement defender app and explained the benefits of the system.
