Jim G. came out and did a great job. Called for one crack that I saw after we had drywall opened from a flood and Jim found 5 additional cracks that were leaking. And also gave recommendations on sump upgrades and underground extensions to keep water away from house.

Antonio did an excellent job explaining all of our options. Once the pump was installed, he showed me how to run a test. He showed me an alternative way to plug it in also. While we did not opt to go with the Wi-Fi back up plan at this point, he offered to come back and hook it up if we changed our mind. Antonio was very professional and personable

We had our attic insulated in May 2024, by team Eric ,Julio and Juan.They worked well together.Very professional and did a good job removing old insulation, sealing the air gaps, then blowing in 18 inches of insulation.I admire any one willing to work in attics.They cleaned up everything.I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. Over the next 6 months Rick worked with me tirelessly as we discovered that my foundation had multiple cracks that weren’t disclosed during the sale. Every team that was sent out to repair cracks in my basement was professional and courteous. My basement is now leak free and dry. I would recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who has water problems in their basement.

Perma-Seal did a full perimeter basement drainage system for us along with installing a new sump pump with back-up. All was done in the 2 days allotted by people who knew what they were doing and were able to explain why they did the things they did. We have now gone through some really heavy rains and have been dryer than ever. Each day they were here at the time promised and cleaned up prior to leaving.

This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. Asked about concerns I had regarding my new SaniDry system and then took the time to explain how the system worked and how the system should be set for best results. Also noticed that my old sum-pump was set high and that it was keeping the drainage hose from emptying into the sump pit. Since my pump was towards the end of its expected life I decided to hav a new sump-pump installed. Work was done quickly and proses was explained. The technicians were very professional and cleaned up after the work was done.
