Niko did an excellent job looking at the details of the sump system, as well as making me aware of the other areas of the house he would analyze. He was also informative while explaining possible replacement of a hot water heater, attentive to details, polite, and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him do similar work at our house in the future.

I highly recommend PermaSeal for any foundation problems, including basement leaks. I am now using this company for the second time to take care of a leak totally unrelated to previous work. The staff is courteous and friendly. Workmanship is professional and clean. I especially would like to acknowledge Jorge Paredes for his help with determining the best remedy for the problem. We worked with Jeff from Perma-Seal. He was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating with our busy schedules. We were offered several options to address our issues, none of which we felt were “salesman-y” or going for the “up sale”. Christian was prompt and had great communication. Inspected with me and pointed everything out, was quick, courteous and completed all the tests. Recommended a battery replacement, which he then did on the spot, and helped me get set up with the Basement Defender app. Easy, no issues.

Geo was very polite and took the time to explain the options to me.

Anthony was very helpful today. He came to check on the dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He noted it was not working properly and was able to replace it while he was here. He also explained incapsulating the crawlspace. We are going ahead with that too. We are very pleased with all the work we have had done.

We’ve dealt with PermaSeal a few times since buying our house 2 years ago. Most of the people we’ve dealt with have been great. Admittedly, one was subpar. And there have been a few hiccups with projects here and there that PermaSeal rectified. But Tyler’s visit the other day was spectacular. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, provided some easy DIY things I could do to help my crawl space, and set my mind at ease about some other things I was worried about. If something comes up again, PermaSeal is my first call. Especially if they hire great folks like Tyler.
