The water table in our area was so high this summer that water came in through our basement walls for the first time ever! (And we have neighbors that have been in the area for over 45 years.) The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. Over the next 6 months Rick worked with me tirelessly as we discovered that my foundation had multiple cracks that weren’t disclosed during the sale. Every team that was sent out to repair cracks in my basement was professional and courteous. My basement is now leak free and dry. I would recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who has water problems in their basement.

Perma-seal did a full perimeter basement drainage system for us along with installing a new sump pump with back-up. all was done in the 2 days allotted by people who knew what they we doing and were able to explain why the did the thing the did. We have now gone through some really heavy rains and have been dryer the ever. Each day they were here at the time promised and cleaned up prior to leaving.

This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. Before Perma-Seal: Every time it rained I’d get water in my basement…more rain, more water. One time when my boys were pushing the water to the sump pump hole they lifted the cover and there was a SNAKE! A couple days later…another snake!That was it. I called Perma-Seal. I have a dirt crawl space in southern Wisconsin. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job. Hyper-Jack came over to my house after I called regarding 2 cracks in my foundation in the basement. My ex attempted to fix them by putting some type of cement powder on them. Though it didn’t appear to be leaking any more, I knew that I better get a professional evaluation done. I am so glad that I did!! Jack did a water test by putting water outside of the house where the cracks were. Sure enough, as soon as he put his hose in that area, my basement started filling with water. He guided me through the process of how to resolve this issue, without breaking the bank. As a new single mother, this really meant a lot. He did not try to pressure me to buy things that I didn’t need, but made sure that I was protected. He was so nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Christian was prompt and had great communication. Inspected with me and pointed everything out, was quick, courteous and completed all the tests. Recommended a battery replacement, which he then did on the spot, and helped me get set up with the Basement Defender app. Easy, no issues.

Geo was very polite and took the time to explain the options to me.

Anthony was very helpful today. He came to check on the dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He noted it was not working properly and was able to replace it while he was here. He also explained incapsulating the crawlspace. We are going ahead with that too. We are very pleased with all the work we have had done.

We’ve dealt with PermaSeal a few times since buying our house 2 years ago. Most of the people we’ve dealt with have been great. Admittedly, one was subpar. And there have been a few hiccups with projects here and there that PermaSeal rectified. But Tyler’s visit the other day was spectacular. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, provided some easy DIY things I could do to help my crawl space, and set my mind at ease about some other things I was worried about. If something comes up again, PermaSeal is my first call. Especially if they hire great folks like Tyler.
