I called for consultation for some windows that were hard to open and some wall cracks along load bearing beam. We have a gutter drainage problem on one side of the house. I assumed our foundation was maybe sinking. But Nick D, performed a very thorough inspection and determined the foundation. But my issue was due to a slope in the floor above the crawl space. He was very thorough in his presentation in explaining the issues I had and providing solutions to resolve the problem. I will definitely have the work done and if the repair work is as thorough as the service Nick D performed I am sure there will not be any issue.

Jim G came out to give an estimate on a crack repair. He let me know his timing of arrival and was very efficient with his time on the home. He showed me samples and before and after pictures.

Nicholas Liguras was very professional and also very patient as he examined the basement and showed and explained the problem of the leakage. He explained the reason for the leakage and possible ways to repair it. He patiently explained the options with pictures and drawings to show what was necessary to the long term solution and not a quick temporary solution. He answered all of my questions and concerns very professionally. Unfortunately I was not able to afford the cost of the permanent repair. In spite of this, he continued to be polite and professional as I apologized for wasting his time. He assured me I was not wasting time but had a right to ask questions. I’m sorry I could not afford the cost of the work, but Nicholas was a professional from beginning to end of his visit.
If five stars represent the best, I give Nicholas five stars.

Dustin Barger performed a very thorough, informative, and well-documented foundation inspection at our request, which began with the outside walls and then ranged from the basement to the upper stories. He brought us along as each of the pieces of information were clearly put together into an overarching diagnosis as to the condition of the foundation, what was wrong, how it was affecting the rest of the house, and what needed to be done to fix it. Gentlemanly, professional, and well-spoken from the start.

Jack came and was so pleasant and figured out how the water was getting into my home from the outside when he did a water test with the hose. He wrote up a quote on the spot and actually printed out with his custom little printer – very impressed with him !! I highly recommend Pirma seal and you must have Jack

Allen was my technician for my annual sump pump system preventive maintenance. He took great care to explain the workings of the system and battery backup, and his recommendations. George was a great helpful and nonpushy salesman. Armando and guys came to do the work and did a fantastic job. We had drain tiles put around our basement and had them put another sump pump in. No more worries when it rains. No more mopping up the water either. Thank goodness for perma seal.

Austin was amazing. He did a completely thorough inspection of my existing system that was installed last year. He had quick solution to my Wi-Fi issues to communicate with the pump properly. He inspected around the house for any cracks in the foundation or any other issues. He even gave me some tips on how to use the basement Defender app more effectively. He answered my many questions and addressed my concerns regarding an older ejector pump. After explaining all of my options, and explaining in detail, how much everything would cost. I’m happy to say I now have the annual service plan and my new ejector pump is coming next week. I never felt any pressure or rush in making a decision. I have always had a good experience with Perma Seal and this was no exception. I was very grateful for Austin‘s expertise and patience as he explained everything to me.
