Perma-seal did a full perimeter basement drainage system for us along with installing a new sump pump with back-up. all was done in the 2 days allotted by people who knew what they we doing and were able to explain why the did the thing the did. We have now gone through some really heavy rains and have been dryer the ever. Each day they were here at the time promised and cleaned up prior to leaving.

This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. Communication was open and consistent, with service reminders calls, a call just before the workmen arrived, and a follow-up call to assess our satisfaction. And the workmanship–excellent!! Everything was handled according to code, with a permit pulled, and the final product passed city inspection with flying colors. Before Perma-Seal: Every time it rained I’d get water in my basement…more rain, more water. One time when my boys were pushing the water to the sump pump hole they lifted the cover and there was a SNAKE! A couple days later…another snake!That was it. I called Perma-Seal. I have a dirt crawl space in southern Wisconsin. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job. Hyper-Jack came over to my house after I called regarding 2 cracks in my foundation in the basement. My ex attempted to fix them by putting some type of cement powder on them. Though it didn’t appear to be leaking any more, I knew that I better get a professional evaluation done. I am so glad that I did!! Jack did a water test by putting water outside of the house where the cracks were. Sure enough, as soon as he put his hose in that area, my basement started filling with water. He guided me through the process of how to resolve this issue, without breaking the bank. As a new single mother, this really meant a lot. He did not try to pressure me to buy things that I didn’t need, but made sure that I was protected. He was so nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Rich Betts did a terrific job diagnosing and replacing our sump pumps and battery backup systems. He arrived within the promised window and called ahead to alert us as to when he was 1/2 hour or 1 hour away. His work was professional and he went out of his way to ensure our carpeting was unblemished. His clean up was excellent. The installation went smoothly and he took care to make the wiring neat. I am completely happy with the job he did.

Vincente and Leopoldo were at our house to inspect our sump pump and also to assist us with our French drain. It needed to be raised. The gentlemen were so polite and hardworking. It was quite a lot of work to get through the roots and they did a lot of work, with no complaints. My husband and I were very happy with these hard working, polite, respectful men.

I had Jim Antonsen in my home to advise my husband and I on a water issue we’ve had in our basement for what seems like forever! Howard (plumbing foreman) and his crew were awesome to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. They knew what they were doing and we have complete faith in the overhead sewer system they installed in our basement. Howard and Marcos , and their crew, were also really nice people, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. Job well done!

Austin was excellent. He gave us a call when he was 15 minutes away and let us know that he might show up earlier than our scheduled time but he was happy to wait since he was early. Once here, he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything.
