Tyler came out to look at an old sump pump that wasn’t working correctly. He took a look and he told us the system was 17 years old. (Permaseal) We tried to buy a new battery which wasn’t working the best. So we needed to update what we currently had. Tyler was very knowledgeable about permaseal products and talked to us about updating our current system. We have two sump pumps so we decided to update both units. Tyler got to work. Had the parts on the truck and didn’t have to come back to install. He installed both units fairly quickly. Cleaned up and left the area in the way he found it. Went over the basement defender app and he was out the door. What a nice guy!!! I would recommend Permaseal/Tyler to anybody that needs your services!! 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

Jesse Xidis was so professional and thorough with the work that I am needing at my home. I actually learned a lot and will be sure to pass the info to my family and friends because I know they are going to ask! 🙂

Mike T came out today and he was very nice, sociable, and explained things very clear to me. He was patient when asked the same thing over and over and handled our needs and diagnosed our problem swiftly. I will leave another review once the work is completed but as of now we feel we made the correct choice.

trust that Permaseal was our solution . not a surprise to us as my late Father Joe always mentioned his trust in permaseal and we see why he trusted permaseal .

Permaseal’s technician, Howard Hughes, was very professional and explained exactly what the camera was seeing in our sewer line to the village sewer line. All my questions were answered by Howard and has eliminated a major cause of our problem with basement flooding and offered suggestions to remedy our problem. He walked me through reasons why we’re seeing the seepage/leakage we’re seeing, what Perma-seal would do to solve this issue (including products used), what maintenance would be required, told me about the fantastic life-time internal structure guarantee on their seal, and worked with me on the affordable pricing and payment plan. Told me about the great Black Friday promotion going on now too (5% off everything on payment in-full and same-as-cash payment options).

The water table in our area was so high this summer that water came in through our basement walls for the first time ever! (And we have neighbors that have been in the area for over 45 years.) We contacted Perma-Seal because our neighbors had such good luck with them. They were great! A representative came out, examined our basement and told us what we should do and how much it would cost. A technician arrived at exactly the time/date they were scheduled. Things went smooth! I would highly recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who has basement water problems.

The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. Over the next 6 months Rick worked with me tirelessly as we discovered that my foundation had multiple cracks that weren’t disclosed during the sale. Every team that was sent out to repair cracks in my basement was professional and courteous. My basement is now leak free and dry. I would recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who has water problems in their basement.

He also addressed a WiFi connection issue that we were having with the Defender monitoring.

Christian came out to inspect my pump. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
He even helped me set up my phone app which I never got around to doing a year ago.

Antonio was very friendly and explained the work he was going to perform before he began. He provided a thorough review of his findings and the recommended work.

The service Antonio provided was very good. He flushed out our sump pump, took photos, and inspected the outside perimeter of the house. He noticed one of the downspouts wasn’t connected, which we will fix. He explained everything thoroughly and encouraged us to get a battery-powdered sump pump or wi-fi to help keep us protected from flooding. We appreciated his service.
