Though I didn’t interact much with Salvador C. I noticed he did good work as well. He cleaned up the work site beyond my expectations. Mariano called at 7:30 this morning to inform me of his arrival time. He and Alberto arrived on time and got right to it. They wasted no time removing the old window well liner and immediately began prepping the well for the new one. While Alberto put the finishing touches on the interior of the window well, Mariano measured, then built the new covers for each of 3 window wells. Upon completion, Mariano walked me through what was done and answered any questions I had. Both technicians were very friendly and professional. I had Permaseal waterproof my basement 20+ years ago to my utmost satisfaction and I will continue to trust them with any other projects in the future. I highly recommend them for you.

Today I received an excellent consultation service from Michael Medrys. He was extremely professional and knowledgable in answering all my questions and concerns regarding the concrete lifting job I’d like to get done. He also provided consultation on other jobs Permaseal does in my basement. Looking forward to making a decision soon and getting the work started.

About 10 years ago, Perma-Seal put in a basement drain tile system to solve seepage problems, and we had about 9 good years without problems. But then new issues surfaced due to iron ochre clogging up the works. So the Perma-Seal crew came out this past weekend and installed a new flange solution to help keep the system clean and eliminate the resulting seepage that had resurfaced. The team that came out on Saturday morning (Sergio, Alex, Abel) were on time, truly professional, friendly and worked so very hard, while temperatures approached 90 degrees and high humidity. The work was explained well and they were patient with questions. The work was completed within the estimated time and the site cleaned up well. Now we wait for the next big rain events!

This is an update to a previous review I had written. When I wrote my review I was very unsatisfied with the job that was done, shortly after writing my review I received a call from Permaseal asking about why I was so dissatisfied with the job. I explained how it was not fixed like we were told it would be. They offered to come out and check it out and redo it. Mark and his crew showed up today and redid the sidewalk and it looks really great, it is nice and level now. I have to say I never expected them to make it right because so many companies now don’t seem to care anymore. My hat is off to Permaseal as far as I am concerned now they are a very good company, they stand behind their work. Mark (I’m sorry I didn’t get his last name) was wonderful about making everything right, very professional and extremely courteous. If you need good quality work done don’t hesitate to contact Permaseal, they are one of few companies that really stands behind their product and work.

Richard was awesome for my estimate. Helped explain in vivid detail of process of poly level and even video streamed with the workers to determine how and where to lift. Highly appreciated and recommended.
