Hi, we had Tyler come on a Saturday to do the job. I liked him right away , he was knowledgeable, honest, and he likes his job. He did a good job lifting a tough piece of concrete.Glad to have polyfoam under the concrete, so the dirt won’t shift anymore.

Mike T was able to identify the source of the leak in the basement wall very quickly. He presented the possible solutions and advised as to the most efficient and economical fix. The service call was scheduled very easily and we expect the repair to go smoothly. He also noted issues with the window wells in the foundation and I was able to add those repairs to the service call.

Mike Tigge has been an awesome resource for us! We first met him 10 years ago when he inspected our leaky foundation and correctly diagnosed the repairs. Then he helped us after a major flooding problem with an ejector pit and overhead sewer piping to prevent more sewer backups during huge storms. He came out again recently to evaluate our basement for interior drain tile. Mike really knows his stuff, and we’re happy to know him through Permaseal.

We just moved into a house that needed a lot of work done. One of the major projects that we need to tackle is the basement and the foundation crack/sump pump/ and overall getting the basement up to par and in working order. Mike Tigges came out today to provide a quote/consultation and he did an awesome job. We had another appointment scheduled for a competitor later this month and I ended up just cancelling it. He took care of everything! Looking forward to finally checking this project off our huge project list.

After visits from from other competitors who would not open the wall to determine where the leak was, Perma-Seal Technician Michael M. had no problem cutting through the drywall. We were able to see the cement cracks and offered a few options. Proactive and solution minded companies are essential to homeowners and Perma-seal offer both. We almost canceled our visit– so glad we didn’t.

We would like to comment the professional work that Jesus Rivas and Julio Alvarado when installing the waterproofing system in our basement. They were clean, courteous, and fast. We would highly recommend Perma-Seal and their crew. Good work Jesus ans Julio!

1:05 am, April 30 – The new sump pump/pit/window drainage installed in July 2019 is perfect.Without it, we would have every window well full of water and at least a few inches of water in the basement.The pump cycles every couple of minutes, and I’d estimate the sump pit is receiving a couple of gallons of ground water every minute.Sure hope it stops raining soon.Thanks for the excellent system.

Pedro came with two works and finished the job in one day.They worked very hard and left the place in good condition. I have no complaints about the workers. Hoping my basement keeps dry.

On Jan 12th, 2020 I had repair work in my basement. The crew send over did a spectacular job on the repair. Communication as to what was going to be done was explained to me explicitly. We appreciated the fact that Perma-Seal was committed to timely follow through on the basic elements of my job. The job included 7 metal anchors fastened to the inside basement wall and 7 anchored in the back yard so that they can be tightened to keep my wall in place. I was concerned about the appearance but I used beadboard with a 4 ledge and placed framed photos on the ledge that can be removed immediately to tighten the anchor nuts. They had to do a lot of work to fix my block foundation with lifting and straightening. Now I have the most solid foundation in the neighborhood. They did the work fast and cleaned up without leaving a big mess.

I battled leakage from a useless ash pit located next to my basement fireplace for many years. Because it only seemed to cause an issue after ongoing, ground saturating rains I put up with the inconvenience of sucking water out with a shop-vac and dumping it into either the existing sump pit or laundry room sink when it filled up after sucking the water every 10-15 minutes so it would not flood my family room. This happened a couple times a year, but last winter & spring were the final straws. After coming home after a weekend getaway to a completely flooded family room due to a heavy winter rain that seeped down my foundation due to frozen ground, I’d had enough and decided to do something about it as soon as the ground thawed. Unfortunately, a flooding, ongoing rain hit before I made any calls and I spent 48 hours, sucking water out of that ash pit EVERY 5 minutes around the clock…dumping 108, 6 gallon shop-vacs into the sump pit!!! I spoke with several companies but at this point I really wanted the Cadillac of companies and called PermaSeal because I’d heard & read nothing but rave reviews. When Ron Rodriguez came out to assess the issue, he showed me a detailed power point presentation that explained the process and answered all of my questions! He was so personable and professional that it really eased my concerns and I was convinced I had made the right decision. The work crew was also amazing! They were all so pleasant and so consciensus about maintaining the condition of my yard while doing the deep trenching required to repair the issue. They also completed the job in an unbelievable time span. The 8-10 foot deep trench across the front of my house was opened up the first day and when they cleaned things up to leave for the day, I panicked a bit due to a heavy rain forecast for that night! When I talked to the foreman, he said, you are good to go – no worries… Your drainage pipes are installed and connected to your new sump system that’s working just fine! It poured pitch forks & hammer handles that night and although I camped out in the basement to keep an eye on the ash pit, it stayed bone dry…and has been ever since!!! The work was completed by noon the day and my yard was immaculate! I could not recommend PermaSeal’s quality and the people who make up every aspect of their business more highly!

Ruben Gonzalez came out to do a basement inspection to make sure I did not have any foundation cracks while I am in the process of selling my house. Your field rep Dave Conforti did a OUTSTANDING job of coming up with a fix for the problem we have here at the house. He made numerous calls to consult with your team and seemed to be genuinely concerned about helping fix the problem we are having. So far we are very happy with his assistance and concern as we still are waiting for the work to be done this upcoming spring. Hopefully the upcoming project goes as well as his service. Brian Meltzer spent 2 hours looking for source of water leaking into basement. Had to break through dry wall at 8 or 9 locations to find the actual entry point. The problem was caused by faulty concrete sealing at opening for the telephone line. Marvelous persistence and great creativity in locating this hidden problem. Superb Permaseal employee!

Perfecto and his crew completed the work without any hassles and the work looked great when finished. Minimized the amount of dust and cleaned up when the project was done. 100% satisfied with the work and the leadership and work provided by Perfecto. Would certainly use again.

Sergio and his crew were great. Efficient, knowledgeable, polite, hard working. It was not easy going up and down the stairs carrying heavy concrete, stones, supplies. They were dedicated to doing a great job and they did. They were real pros and real gentlemen.

I love what perma seal did to my crawl space. I had just exposed concrete walls and gravel floors. My crawl space always smelled wet, dank and a little moldy, i had perma seal come out and encapsulate the whole thing. I can tell you that every single time I go into the crawl space a smile creeps across my face seeing the nice job they did, plus it is ten times easier to get around in there now that i am no longer crawling on rocks. We also had cracks in the foundation and they were handled easly by the perma seal team. I love the work perma seal did and I will always ring there bell. P.S i had my work done more than 10 years ago and it looks as nice as the day i got it done.

Jack Castella was very helpful. He clearly explained our options without trying to push us into something we didn’t need. He spent time consulting with others to find a great solution water accumulation on our driveway. If the work product is as good as Jack was we expect to be very satisfied.
