My wife, Jill (Ellis) and I had our sump pump fail. We called Perma Seal and they sent an associate (Jerimiah) out the say day. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and did the repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Jerimiah explained everything that went wrong with the old pumps and what the difference is between the old set up and the new. He talked us through the new app installation and how it works.
Fifteen years ago we had Perma Seal incapsulate our crawl space and was and have been very happy with that project, also.

Overall great service. Additional service was not quoted and added on during the process, but they gave me a discount. The floor was left a little dirty, but mostly everything was cleaned up nicely. Service crew was very professional and good a great job. Thank you

Antonio replaced the defective dehumidifier unit. To swap the units took only a few minutes. He answered all my questions and confirmed the length of the warranty remaining from the original installation date. Very pleasant experience.

George Heller with Perma-Seal was great to work with. We have mold in the attic and crawlspace and he is going to waterproof and seal the home. Excited to have a dry crawlspace and healthy home again !

Nick Liguras was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the status of our crawl space. He noticed areas of concern and presented options for addressing the concerns. Nick discussed my priorities and how we could plan the job in a way that addressed the most pressing issues while also planning for future work. He was very patient in answering questions and provided a lot of photos and a very specific quote so I knew exactly what needed to happen. He also gave me information regarding special deals and options for how I could budget for repairs. Most importantly, he respected me and was not aggressive or pushy as I considered my options. Dick was very helpful in providing the quote and answering my questions. He coordinated with me in advance on what time he would arrive. He took time to answer my questions and explain the information.

Christian was prompt. Told me I needed a new sump pump as mine was 10 years old and suggested replacing the ejector pump.

Anthony did a great job of drawing us a picture of our 2 systems, including pumps, batteries, and chargers. He clearly explained all our options for bundling or piece-mealing the prices. He was also cordial and helpful. Great experience!

Doro and Louis were wonderful. On time, polite and professional and they did a great job. They cleaned entire area and raised the concrete and cleaned up wonderfully. They explained what they did and the warranty – was very impressed with everything. Bottom line I would use them again and would request Doro and Louis.

Antonio, was at our house today and did a very thorough job servicing our sump pump. I am not at all that familiar with the ins and out out of our sump pump so it was great to have him here to look at everything, clean everything and explain everything that was going on to me. He did a great job and was very pleasant. He also gave me options on our maintenance agreement, which was very helpful. I have not made a decision if I will extend or not, but I have the information. Thanks again for the great service
