Sergio and his helper (coincidentally also named Sergio) seemed very diligent in cleaning out as much of the sand in the system as possible, and even suggesting a rather more radical next step to get around the last few roadblocks, which I declined at this time.
There does seem to be a flaw in the way the system was originally installed, with a viewpoint to maintenance (cleanout) in terms of the number of tight right-angle corners in the layout.

I waited to right a review until after we had a few heavy rains. The work that Hugo and his team did was excellent. They scheduled the repair quickly and worked throughout the day. They were professional and explained everything to me. We have not had any leaks since they worked on our home.

I had work that needed to be done regarding cracks and waterproofing in the basement, and PermaSeal provided a comprehensive solution. The consultant (Don) was very attentive and communicative. They sent a great crew, led by Perfecto. The job was finished on time and within the estimated price.

Jim G was out today to inspect a leak I experienced last week. He performed a hose test and determined the issue. He presented a video that explained the issues with my home. Very professional.

Dick was very clear in explaining the problem and solution to my house settling. He went through step by step of what needs to be done. He had answers to all my questions. He was very nice and helpful and would recommend him to anyone.

Perfect and crew did a great job. Among other things we had plants were they needed to dig and they put the plants off to the side so I could replant them once they finished.

Jim G. came today to identify issues with dampness in my crawl space. He is very pleasant and was very communicative before he arrived, he arrived on time, was very professional and explained in great detail the issues he found. He also explained in detail the cost of repairing the different issues and timing of the repairs.

Stephen Petersen showed up promptly as excepted. He was very thorough with his inspection and I received the report within 24 hrs.

Visit was a discussion of what Dick found in my crawl space. I appreciated his explanation and suggestions for resolving the issues he found. He was considerate and thoughtful through-out the explanation. I will follow up with my consultant and get back to you.

Antonio replaced the defective dehumidifier unit. To swap the units took only a few minutes. He answered all my questions and confirmed the length of the warranty remaining from the original installation date. Very pleasant experience.

George Heller with Perma-Seal was great to work with. We have mold in the attic and crawlspace and he is going to waterproof and seal the home. Excited to have a dry crawlspace and healthy home again !

Nick Liguras was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the status of our crawl space. He noticed areas of concern and presented options for addressing the concerns. Nick discussed my priorities and how we could plan the job in a way that addressed the most pressing issues while also planning for future work. He was very patient in answering questions and provided a lot of photos and a very specific quote so I knew exactly what needed to happen. He also gave me information regarding special deals and options for how I could budget for repairs. Most importantly, he respected me and was not aggressive or pushy as I considered my options. Avery was very helpful in diagnosing and providing a solution to our sump pump system. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining what our issue was an how it could be resolved. I highly recommend him and would ask for him to come out again for any additional service that might be needed in the future.

My wife, Jill (Ellis) and I had our sump pump fail. We called Perma Seal and they sent an associate (Jerimiah) out the say day. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and did the repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Jerimiah explained everything that went wrong with the old pumps and what the difference is between the old set up and the new. He talked us through the new app installation and how it works.
Fifteen years ago we had Perma Seal incapsulate our crawl space and was and have been very happy with that project, also.

He was very quick and efficient in the repair as well as very knowledgeable about some questions that I had. He was also training an individual and he appeared to be very helpful and knowledgeable in his training. I want to thank him again for his help!

Team of Joaquin and Angel were courteous and professional. Finished promptly and clean up was exceptional. Perma-seal fixed some foundation cracks for me a few years back, so I kind of expected this kind of service from them. Strongly recommend this company, they are first class.

Doro and Louis were wonderful. On time, polite and professional and they did a great job. They cleaned entire area and raised the concrete and cleaned up wonderfully. They explained what they did and the warranty – was very impressed with everything. Bottom line I would use them again and would request Doro and Louis.
