Dick was very clear in explaining the problem and solution to my house settling. He went through step by step of what needs to be done. He had answers to all my questions. He was very nice and helpful and would recommend him to anyone.

Jake was out today to service the permanent dehumidifier that we purchased from Perma-Seal. He gave us all the answers we needed and went out of his way to be helpful, kind, and informative. He is an excellent representative for the Perma-Seal name.

Dan and Tony were professional and knowledgeable. I have tried for a long time to determine the cause of the cold air I had in one room. They asked all the right questions and knew just what to do to determine what was wrong. They found the problem and provided a full estimate covering everything I would need to do. I had some foundation cracks in my basement and I called Perma Seal to come out and advise. They have done window wells, drains, and filled other cracks for me. I don’t know where they find these servicemen…but they are always the best. Jesus Duron, the serviceman who would fix the foundation cracks, is yet another exemplary employee. He was professional, polite, and didn’t mind my incessant questions. A real plus. His job site was neat and he cleaned up after the completed work. It was cleaner than when he started. I can’t recommend Jesus Duran enough. Just a great guy…and he loved my music. Can’t go wrong with Jesus and Perma Seal. Thanks Jesus.

I just want to say a Big Thank You to Aaron for accommodating me on time schedule. He arrived at 9:30. My schedule appointment was from 2-4. But taking care of my grandson that was not a good time for me. That’s was the little ones nap time. Aaron explained everything to me and checked around my basement to see if any other area had seepage. We had FEMA come in to inspect as well. Just have to wait and see the results. Thank you!!

Hyper-Jack came over to my house after I called regarding 2 cracks in my foundation in the basement. My ex attempted to fix them by putting some type of cement powder on them. Though it didn’t appear to be leaking any more, I knew that I better get a professional evaluation done. I am so glad that I did!! Jack did a water test by putting water outside of the house where the cracks were. Sure enough, as soon as he put his hose in that area, my basement started filling with water. He guided me through the process of how to resolve this issue, without breaking the bank. As a new single mother, this really meant a lot. Dustin Barger performed a very thorough, informative, and well-documented foundation inspection at our request, which began with the outside walls and then ranged from the basement to the upper stories. He brought us along as each of the pieces of information were clearly put together into an overarching diagnosis as to the condition of the foundation, what was wrong, how it was affecting the rest of the house, and what needed to be done to fix it. Gentlemanly, professional, and well-spoken from the start.

Victor is very knowledgeable and professional and did a thorough inspection of our property (including the entire crawl space) looking for potential foundation leaks during a recent service call. I highly recommend PermaSeal for any foundation problems, including basement leaks. I am now using this company for the second time to take care of a leak totally unrelated to previous work. My foundation has a wall clapsing inward to the basement. The sales experience was perfect. The sales rep Steve Milazzo arrived, diagnosed the problem, and worked with his team to provide a solution on the spot. I was provided exact pricing for numerous variations of the project. All off this happened in just over an hour. I was very happy.

I recently met with Robert Barscewski for a free estimate from Perma-Seal and was very impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism. He was thorough in gathering information about the issue I was having with a small crack in my foundation, as well as providing me with information about how they will conduct the repair, as well as the other services Perma-Seal offers. While I don’t need those other services at the moment, it’s good to know more about what they can offer. I look forward to having the work completed and not worrying about it anymore, and should something happen, having a lifetime warranty is great.

Our basement walls had mold from water damage from a burst water pipe/drain. We were concerned that water was also entering the foundation walls and floor. We called Perma-Seal,for an estimate on waterproofing the area.TONY GAGLIANO arrived promptly as promised and began a very thorough inspection which included both an exterior and interior exam. He took careful note of the water damage that we had sustained and then concluded that the water had NOT entered through the walls or flooring, but was in fact, from the pipes which had burst. He then spent another hour or so inspecting the surrounding grading, gutters, wall condition, mortar lines, etc..all areas from which water could cause future problems. He was extremely polite, thorough and professional and was not impatient with our endless questions. Based on his assurances, we were able to proceed with remediation of the damage and eventual refinish of the basement.He could have sold us an expensive repair of complete foundation excavation and sealing, drain tiles and sump pumps. Instead he provided us an honest evaluation, which resulted in zero money to Perma Seal. His inspection was free. It doesnt get anymore honest than this. I dont know the names of any other Perma-Seal,inspectors, but if I were looking for a thorough and honest evaluation, I would ask for Tony Gagliano. We thank him and apologize for the delay in providing this review.

The sales person/technician was extremely thorough and gave us tips and helpful things to do that can prevent water seapage in the basement and other problems with our foundation and drainage system. He gave us our options for fixing the problem and the cost of each option and then scheduled the work to be done. The technician who came to fix the problem was very helpful and professional and completed the job within a reasonable time and did a great job.

The installer Mr.Gene Krukowski was a,polite professional, who worked hard and cleaned-up after himself. He answered all my questions. I am very glad to have such a dedicated individual complete the task at hand.

Just had Mark Lemenager perform an annual maintenance check-up on our Perma-Seal system. He noted some issues for us to think about and gave us options to consider for resolving the problem. We was punctual as well as considerate, efficient and orderly in the performance of his work.

Doug was a true professional. He came out and provided me with my annual maintenance. He alerted me the Pump and Backup were the original and could be on borrowed time. There was no pressure to purchase, but I decided to replace the pump and back-up. Doug efficiently replaced all components within the hour and answered all my questions. Several weeks late as I was getting ready to file my bill I did have a question on the itemization. I dreaded making the call because my experience with other companies is once the sale is done its typically Esta La Vista, I definitely had low expectations. To my surprise Doug called me back within 5 minutes and patiently answered my questions on the billing. I was very happy with Doug’s service and follow-up and reaffirms that Perma-Seal is the gold standard for your waterproofing and plumbing needs.

Perfecto and Anthony T. Replaced a sump pump outside our house. They explained all the work did and the warranty information. They were polite and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up impeccably after the work was finished. The work was completed faster than we thought it would be. We have used perm seal before with excellent results. We’d like to thank electricians David and Matt T. for their honest and hard work upgrading our electric to work with the new sump pumps. Rich Betts did a thorough inspection of my sump pump system and explained some of the features of the newer models. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawl space for cracks and, at my request, also looked for possible entry ways into the crawl space for mice of which I occasionally have had problems with. He discovered three cracks that he identified as needing attention and also a possible entry where mice might be getting in. Rich was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich.
