Manny and his ream were here for two days repiping my old home and fixing numerous leaks. Manny was very approachable, polite and very professional! Manny did an excellent job, all leaks fixed, and all areas were cleaned back up when finished. He explained the job as he went along and I am very pleased with the the work he performed.

Today’s visit was incredibly professional and helpful. This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. Communication was open and consistent, with service reminders calls, a call just before the workmen arrived, and a follow-up call to assess our satisfaction. And the workmanship–excellent!! Everything was handled according to code, with a permit pulled, and the final product passed city inspection with flying colors. After my dad passed away this year, we knew we had to do something about a very leaky basement in order to sell the house. It was an emotional time going through my parents’ belongings and the last thing I wanted was to worry about the basement. We had two foundation cracks filled in my parents’ home and then had Perma-Seal install an entire drain tile system. The impending work was explained to us in language that we could understand and then everything went exactly as planned. Hyper-Jack came over to my house after I called regarding 2 cracks in my foundation in the basement. My ex attempted to fix them by putting some type of cement powder on them. Though it didn’t appear to be leaking any more, I knew that I better get a professional evaluation done. I am so glad that I did!! Jack did a water test by putting water outside of the house where the cracks were. Sure enough, as soon as he put his hose in that area, my basement started filling with water. He guided me through the process of how to resolve this issue, without breaking the bank. As a new single mother, this really meant a lot. He did not try to pressure me to buy things that I didn’t need, but made sure that I was protected. He was so nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Dustin Barger performed a very thorough, informative, and well-documented foundation inspection at our request, which began with the outside walls and then ranged from the basement to the upper stories. He brought us along as each of the pieces of information were clearly put together into an overarching diagnosis as to the condition of the foundation, what was wrong, how it was affecting the rest of the house, and what needed to be done to fix it. Gentlemanly, professional, and well-spoken from the start.

Victor is very knowledgeable and professional and did a thorough inspection of our property (including the entire crawl space) looking for potential foundation leaks during a recent service call. He clearly has a lot of experience in this field and was able to clearly explain all the drainage system options to my wife and me. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend PermaSeal for any foundation problems, including basement leaks. I am now using this company for the second time to take care of a leak totally unrelated to previous work. My foundation has a wall clapsing inward to the basement. The sales experience was perfect. The sales rep Steve Milazzo arrived, diagnosed the problem, and worked with his team to provide a solution on the spot. I was provided exact pricing for numerous variations of the project. All off this happened in just over an hour. I was very happy.

I recently met with Robert Barscewski for a free estimate from Perma-Seal and was very impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism. He was thorough in gathering information about the issue I was having with a small crack in my foundation, as well as providing me with information about how they will conduct the repair, as well as the other services Perma-Seal offers. While I don’t need those other services at the moment, it’s good to know more about what they can offer. I look forward to having the work completed and not worrying about it anymore, and should something happen, having a lifetime warranty is great.

Our basement walls had mold from water damage from a burst water pipe/drain. We were concerned that water was also entering the foundation walls and floor. We called Perma-Seal,for an estimate on waterproofing the area.TONY GAGLIANO arrived promptly as promised and began a very thorough inspection which included both an exterior and interior exam. He took careful note of the water damage that we had sustained and then concluded that the water had NOT entered through the walls or flooring, but was in fact, from the pipes which had burst. He then spent another hour or so inspecting the surrounding grading, gutters, wall condition, mortar lines, etc..all areas from which water could cause future problems. He was extremely polite, thorough and professional and was not impatient with our endless questions. Based on his assurances, we were able to proceed with remediation of the damage and eventual refinish of the basement.He could have sold us an expensive repair of complete foundation excavation and sealing, drain tiles and sump pumps. Instead he provided us an honest evaluation, which resulted in zero money to Perma Seal. His inspection was free. It doesnt get anymore honest than this. I dont know the names of any other Perma-Seal,inspectors, but if I were looking for a thorough and honest evaluation, I would ask for Tony Gagliano. We thank him and apologize for the delay in providing this review.

Perfecto and Anthony T. Replaced a sump pump outside our house. They explained all the work did and the warranty information. They were polite and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up impeccably after the work was finished. The work was completed faster than we thought it would be. We have used perm seal before with excellent results. Our experience this time was excellent as well. Very happy. Will use you again and definitely will recommend to others. Thank you for another job well done by knowledgeable professionals.

Rich Betts did a thorough inspection of my sump pump system and explained some of the features of the newer models. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawl space for cracks and, at my request, also looked for possible entry ways into the crawl space for mice of which I occasionally have had problems with. He discovered three cracks that he identified as needing attention and also a possible entry where mice might be getting in. Rich was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich.

Dave C was engaging and easy to talk to. He walked me through reasons why we’re seeing the seepage/leakage we’re seeing, what Perma-seal would do to solve this issue (including products used), what maintenance would be required, told me about the fantastic life-time internal structure guarantee on their seal, and worked with me on the affordable pricing and payment plan. Told me about the great Black Friday promotion going on now too (5% off everything on payment in-full and same-as-cash payment options).

Victor and Rigo put A new ejector pump in my backup pit in front of my house. They were very, nice and helpful.

Jim G came out today and gave an honest assessment of my sump system. We just had a new sump installed in 2021 by PermaSeal but an alarm was going off on our back up system not installed by PermaSeal. Jim was able to find out my back up system was from April 2015 and should be replaced.
