I been living in myself home for 27yrs dealing with water issues. I always knew I needed to have a professional out to inspect myself basement. I decided to call Permaseal because several people I work with referred them. They sent out a young man (Aaron) who was very knowledgeable. He showed me video’s explaining exactly what I was getting. He also built the estimate right in front of me, I really liked that. I am really happy to know once the work is done its fully warranted. Thank you Permaseal and a BIG thanks to Aaron.

George was a great helpful and nonpushy salesman. Armando and guys came to do the work and did a fantastic job. We had drain tiles put around our basement and had them put another sump pump in. No more worries when it rains. No more mopping up the water either. Thank goodness for perma seal.

Jack Castella came and gave us the best inspection of the crawlspace and was so kind and respectfull. I highly recomend permaseal and of course the bomb diggitty Hyperjack !!

Bob was on time arriving at our home. He listened to our issues and gave recommendations for solutions. Walked us through his proposal, asked if we had questions and wrote up the contract. He was very professional and courteous. We would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Allen was my technician for my annual sump pump system preventive maintenance. He took great care to explain the workings of the system and battery backup, and his recommendations. Jack came and was so pleasant and figured out how the water was getting into my home from the outside when he did a water test with the hose. He wrote up a quote on the spot and actually printed out with his custom little printer – very impressed with him !! I highly recommend Pirma seal and you must have Jack

Dustin Barger performed a very thorough, informative, and well-documented foundation inspection at our request, which began with the outside walls and then ranged from the basement to the upper stories. He brought us along as each of the pieces of information were clearly put together into an overarching diagnosis as to the condition of the foundation, what was wrong, how it was affecting the rest of the house, and what needed to be done to fix it. Gentlemanly, professional, and well-spoken from the start.

Howard (plumbing foreman) and his crew were awesome to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. They knew what they were doing and we have complete faith in the overhead sewer system they installed in our basement. Howard and Marcos , and their crew, were also really nice people, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. Job well done!
