Our recent visit from Jorge P. was extremely helpful and informative, as he took the time to explain the extent of the undisclosed foundation damage and water damage to our recently purchased home, and was also kind enough to look over some of our paperwork, and patient enough to make sure that we thoroughly understood. A very pleasant experience and we are very pleased with his service.

Dustin did a great job of explaining the issues and providing the work. He was thorough, timely and left the area cleaner than it was when he started. I was very appreciative of his help.

Manny and Chris did an excellent job, in both fixing a water leak on my water heater and ‘snugging’ the bolts on my toilet that was loose. They both understood what I needed, they were very efficient, very pleasant. They are excellent!

Brian Meltzer spent 2 hours looking for source of water leaking into basement. Had to break through dry wall at 8 or 9 locations to find the actual entry point. The problem was caused by faulty concrete sealing at opening for the telephone line. Marvelous persistence and great creativity in locating this hidden problem. Superb Permaseal employee!

Joove and Perfect Did a Great job and at a timely finish. They cleaned up after the job and answered all my questions. I could not had a more perfect experience. I will past this off to my family and friends.
