Perma-Seal appears to have a bit of a back log. I first contacted them in June 2018. My contract with them dated 7-3-2018 has not been started to date. They first showed up to work on 10-15-2018, but were unprepared to begin. They have since changed the location of their office, and they couldn’t be reached by phone today . I have asked for my down payment money back, but get no reply.

Dave C was engaging and easy to talk to. He walked me through reasons why we’re seeing the seepage/leakage we’re seeing, what Perma-seal would do to solve this issue (including products used), what maintenance would be required, told me about the fantastic life-time internal structure guarantee on their seal, and worked with me on the affordable pricing and payment plan. Told me about the great Black Friday promotion going on now too (5% off everything on payment in-full and same-as-cash payment options).

Permaseal’s technician, Howard Hughes, was very professional and explained exactly what the camera was seeing in our sewer line to the village sewer line. All my questions were answered by Howard and has eliminated a major cause of our problem with basement flooding and offered suggestions to remedy our problem. Had window well covers installed by Mariano M. showed me how they were attached and even stood on them to show how strong they are. Did a great job.

David Glim did some electrical work in my basement promptly and very well. Did not have to wait at all, in fact,was early which was great for me, it freed me up . He was very knowledgeable and explained why/what he was doing. Terrific job.

Rich Betts did a thorough inspection of my sump pump system and explained some of the features of the newer models. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawl space for cracks and, at my request, also looked for possible entry ways into the crawl space for mice of which I occasionally have had problems with. He discovered three cracks that he identified as needing attention and also a possible entry where mice might be getting in. Rich was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich.

I have used Permaseal for multiple services over the past few years. Each time I have pleased with the services and treatment I have received. Today is no different. Through my own negligence, I broke the lid of one of my bubbler pots. So I drove to the Burr Ridge/Willowbrook location to see if they had a replacement part. Fortunately for me, I ran into Joel and Jim. Even though the were probably headed out for lunch, they stopped to help and found just the part I needed!Thanks so much, gentlemen! You made my day!!

We’d like to thank electricians David and Matt T. for their honest and hard work upgrading our electric to work with the new sump pumps. These two were kind and courteous and the work was professionally completed. Good guys indeed. Look forward to passing our Village inspection with flying colors. Thank you David and Matt T!

Sergio Alejandro was the OUTSTANDING crew chief for our basement waterproofing. The entire crew was courteous, neat and prompt. Sergio reviewed everything his crew would do, professionally handled the unforeseen issues that occurred and efficiently cleaned up everything when they were done. This was a quality job.
