Romy came out today to inspect our sump pump and install a cover over the basin. He was very thorough and explained everything. He took his time and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Perma-Seal and Romy!

Matt T. and Chris D. came to reconnect the plumbing and electric after the other work was finished. They did a great job and even went the extra mile to make sure that some previous plumbing problems were not going to leak and cause a problem. They also moved the freezer and work bench back into place instead of making me wait for other laborers to come and do that. Not only do they do really nice work, but they sure went the extra mile.

Paul came to our home to give us an estimate on a crack in the foundation and for window well covers. Paul was extremely polite, professional and personable. He provided us great feedback on repairs that were needed and a quote that was very reasonable. We look forward to finalizing our project with Perma-Seal and Paul.

Gene showed up promptly for our annual inspection maintenance. He notice that the pumps were too close together and the PVC from the pump area was crooked. He straightened everything out, and the pump is quieter and working nicely. He was professional and courteous, and did an efficient job. Highly recommended.

My technician Jason was awesome from start to finishhe initially came out for one problem and noticed another issue with my sewage. He was able to assist and schedule for me to have my sewage issue handled the next day. He explained everything thoroughly and simply. Mauriano and Mauro did a great job repairing cracks in my basement foundation. Their work is professional and thorough. I am relieved to have these cracks in the foundation gone. They left the entire work area so clean it was hard to believe all that was done without dirt and dust everywhere. I highly recommend a business that hires men as capable as Maurino and Mauro!
