Additional work to basement drain tile system – adding a flange solution for iron ochre problems.
About 10 years ago, Perma-Seal put in a basement drain tile system to solve seepage problems, and we had about 9 good years without problems. But then new issues surfaced due to iron ochre clogging up the works. So the Perma-Seal crew came out this past weekend and installed a new flange solution to help keep the system clean and eliminate the resulting seepage that had resurfaced. The team that came out on Saturday morning (Sergio, Alex, Abel) were on time, truly professional, friendly and worked so very hard, while temperatures approached 90 degrees and high humidity. The work was explained well and they were patient with questions. The work was completed within the estimated time and the site cleaned up well. Now we wait for the next big rain events!
Preventative Maintenance
Gene Krukowski came to my home for Preventative Maintenance in June, 2019 and he was friendly, professional, timely and provided to me helpful tips. Because of this Gene deserves the highest rating provided. Thanks again Gene!
Wall Anchors, extension rods and interior crack repair
Austin, who came out and gave me the original evaluation and what needed to be done, and Josue Perfecto Saul, who repaired my structural foundation problem and crack in the basement wall – all were polite, professional, knowledgeable and very considerate of what needed to be done. The problem was taken care of in a timely fashion and they left the work area, inside and out, cleaned up with everything put back to its original place.
Installing Perma-Seal Basement System for water problems in basement.
The crew, made up of Fidel, Sebastion, and Chu, was fantastic: professional, skilled, punctual, and thorough. These men were a pleasure to have in our home, providing pleasant misdemeanors as well and hard work (leaving our basement clean, water-free, and buttoned up for the next deluge).
Cracks in the basement
Ramon Duron was extremely helpful and demonstrated outstanding customer service. He called the office to see if he could seal the cracks in basement today. He was able to get someone else to take care of his appointments. That’s customer service and professionalism
Assessed Issues with House, Porch and Patio
Romy Shaheen was our Preventative Maintenance Technician. He came to Mom’s house, assessed the issues and came up with solutions. Romy explained what needed to be done in clear language that Mom and I understood, and answered every one of our many questions. Romy used illustrations and even brought in a special pipe that was needed, so Mom could see what it looked like. He was thorough, patient and kind. Romy had solutions to raise the foundation in one room, fix the water problem outside the house, and repair the porch and patio. We felt so comforted that things will get back to normal, Mom hired PermaSeal before he left. Romy is an impressive, intelligent representative of your company, an we are thankful to have had him as our technician.
Free Estimate
I had Eric come out last week for a free estimate about the water/sump pump continuously running in my basement and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!!!! Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in diagnosing the cause of my water concerns. He called me directly to confirm his arrival time that day, showed up on time, and honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. As it turned out- I did not have the water problem I thought I did, and did not need to schedule service, but you can believe that I will be calling Permaseal AND ERIC (!) next time I do! Thank you for running such a professional and compassionate operation.
Waterproofing
My sales representatives John Ferguson was awesome. Very polite, professional and educational on all things concrete! Would highly recommend to any and all customers with basement needs.
cracks sealed in lower level
Mariano M came to seal several cracks that were allowing water to enter a finished lower level. After assessing the job he realized that one leak was actually coming from an area other than where we thought the water entered. He phoned the individual who initially came and explained what he thought the problem was and with my approval caulked that area. That was about 3 months ago and through thawing snow and rains the area is now dry. Thank you!
Backflow maintenance
thumbs up on Allen and Rigo!
