Our plan was to compare two companies and decide which would best meet our needs. After back to back appointments we immediately decided to go with Perma-Seal. Mr.John Fergusons presentation was absolutely awesome! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he thoroughly answered all of our questions.In addition to Johns verbal presentation he also provided a very detailed video which was fantastic. Customers want to know what theyre paying for, and the video cleared showed how the work would be done in a step by step format. John please keep up the good work!!!

Mariano called at 7:30 this morning to inform me of his arrival time. He and Alberto arrived on time and got right to it. They wasted no time removing the old window well liner and immediately began prepping the well for the new one. While Alberto put the finishing touches on the interior of the window well, Mariano measured, then built the new covers for each of 3 window wells. Upon completion, Mariano walked me through what was done and answered any questions I had. Both technicians were very friendly and professional. I had Permaseal waterproof my basement 20+ years ago to my utmost satisfaction and I will continue to trust them with any other projects in the future. I highly recommend them for you.

Matt Tomfohrde and Elijah came to the house today to complete electrical work on the outside of the house. They worked tremendously hard from 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM non-stop in the 90+ degree heat! They came between the time they said they would and worked extremely hard all day long. Matt and Elijah were very personable and kind. Matt talked through each detail of the work before, throughout, and after the process which was extremely helpful. This is the third time I have met Matt T. and he has been so knowledgeable and helpful each time. I highly recommend Perma-Seal especially because of the great employees they higher such as the electrician, Matt T. THANK YOU, MATT & ELIJAH!! You guys are the BEST!!

Manny R did a a great job, he was very efficient and timely. We appreciated his hard work

Duane came out to look into a wall crack below the garage. He worked diligently visiting several parts of the house. After further analysis it was concluded that there was no structural damage to the foundation. I very much appreciate the honesty and professionalism of Duane.

Kenneth Allan and Rigo serviced 3 of my sump systems. They were professional and efficient, and Allan explained service packages more clearly than I had understood them. My systems were installed at different times during the past few years, and it was good getting an update on what was installed and when, as well as any warranties that are still in effect. Thanks.

Today I received an excellent consultation service from Michael Medrys. He was extremely professional and knowledgable in answering all my questions and concerns regarding the concrete lifting job I’d like to get done. He also provided consultation on other jobs Permaseal does in my basement. Looking forward to making a decision soon and getting the work started.
