Doug Blevins provided exceptional service and would highly recommend his services again. He came to test the Perma-Seal backup system and went above and beyond. Doug was very courteous and answers all my questions regarding the system, as well as, all my questions regarding the water issues in my area. Doug was very knowledgeable and also provided ideas about how to fix the problems with the drainage outside my home. My area has issues with the Storm & Sewer drains and Doug was very knowledgeable and provided insight on who i needed to call to help. Doug even stayed late to help answer all my questions until I was comfortable on how to proceed. Thanks for the great service!

Work done on 10/25/19 in Wheaton. Your crew was outstanding! The foreman took time to fully explain everything to me before starting and answer all my questions. Then the whole crew worked very efficiently, did everything that was promised, and cleaned up after themselves. The next day it rained heavily, and the Permaseal solution worked perfectly. Your guys are great, especially the foreman. He is very good, and very communicative. He represents your company well. Thanks!

I needed answers to some questions regarding our Basement Defender system. I called Greg Johnson, who was our superb salesman for the BD system, and asked him to provide me the contact information for the BD. He responded as I knew he would, providing me the contact information through the office. As our salesman, he has remained concerned and helpful, even the sale was completed months ago. He is an A+++++++++++++++++++++ representative of the company.

Very happy to have Ken Allen Laundie and Rigo come out today for maintenance on my sewer vault. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful in my making decisions to replace my sump pump. I can tell he loves his job.

The whole crew did a wonderful job! Fidel, Alverio and Leo, were the last ones here to make sure the basement was clean, they even mopped my floor. Fidel has a wonderful and friendly personality. He made sure to answer all my questions before leaving. Fidel, Alverio and Leo worked so well together, it was great to see that kind of team work. These gentlemen deserve a rating of 5!

We were told the crew would be here between 8:00 and 9:00. Called the representative of company at 9:25 since no one was still here. Finally the crew called and said they would be here in 20 min. They did a great job leveling the floor, but filling the cracks were not worth it. Could of done that much ourself.$750. For that little crack fill not at all worth it.
