We appreciated the fact that Perma-Seal was committed to timely follow through on the basic elements of my job. The job included 7 metal anchors fastened to the inside basement wall and 7 anchored in the back yard so that they can be tightened to keep my wall in place. I was concerned about the appearance but I used beadboard with a 4 ledge and placed framed photos on the ledge that can be removed immediately to tighten the anchor nuts.
