We are very happy with the services we received filling our 4 structural foundation cracks. Marco Botello was our installer and chief, and he was incredible and very professional. He was very friendly, and worked incredibly hard… I recommend him as a installer.

Perfecto, Leopoldo and Alejandro were punctual, courteous, professional and very pleasant. They examined my 10-year old pump and determined it needed to be replaced as well as the bubbler pot that was broken. They were efficient and showed me the completed work so I was aware of exactly what was done. Great people.

I have a dirt crawl space in southern Wisconsin. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job. From beginning to end, Perma-Seal did EVERYTHING they said they would. Had engineer inspect their work. He was VERY impressed with Perma-Seal. I would recommend Perma-Seal to everybody. Before Perma-Seal: Every time it rained I’d get water in my basement…more rain, more water. One time when my boys were pushing the water to the sump pump hole they lifted the cover and there was a SNAKE! A couple days later…another snake!That was it. I called Perma-Seal. They came right out and explained everything I needed to fix my problems and gave me a price that really surprised me (pleasantly).They sent their workers out and all their work (and workers) were really great! Now.. no more water, no more snakes, and no more worries when it rains! I can’t say enough good things about Perma-Seal! I only wish I knew about them and how affordable they are when I owned my previous house!

Our Perma-Seal consultant was very knowledgeable, courteous, on-time and helpful in determining what caused the leakage in the basement.
