Replaced Fill Hoses on washing machine
Manny did an excellent job on replacing the ‘fill hoses’ on my washing machine. He is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated him doing this on short notice. Thank you!

Manny and Chris did an excellent job, in both fixing a water leak on my water heater and ‘snugging’ the bolts on my toilet that was loose. They both understood what I needed, they were very efficient, very pleasant. They are excellent!
found where water leaked into basement
Brian Meltzer spent 2 hours looking for source of water leaking into basement. Had to break through dry wall at 8 or 9 locations to find the actual entry point. The problem was caused by faulty concrete sealing at opening for the telephone line. Marvelous persistence and great creativity in locating this hidden problem. Superb Permaseal employee!
Foundation repair
Joove and Perfect Did a Great job and at a timely finish. They cleaned up after the job and answered all my questions. I could not had a more perfect experience. I will past this off to my family and friends.

Fixed my seepage
