Cleaning the sump pump- removed the foul smell
Thanking Gene for the recent maintenance with our Perma Seal-there has been a foul smell coming from the pump area and he had cleaned it thorouhly and was like a freshly chlorined basement we have now -and gave us information on how to keep it smelling good all the time.

From the time our project was scheduled until its completion several weeks later, Jason was always responsive to questions and helped ease our minds about such a large undertaking in our home— he even arranged to have an exterior portion of the job moved forward in the schedule to help slow our flooding issues prior to the larger interior work.
