Permaseal’s technician, Howard Hughes, was very professional and explained exactly what the camera was seeing in our sewer line to the village sewer line. All my questions were answered by Howard and has eliminated a major cause of our problem with basement flooding and offered suggestions to remedy our problem. Had window well covers installed by Mariano M. showed me how they were attached and even stood on them to show how strong they are. Did a great job.

David Glim did some electrical work in my basement promptly and very well. Did not have to wait at all, in fact,was early which was great for me, it freed me up . He was very knowledgeable and explained why/what he was doing. Terrific job.

Rich Betts did a thorough inspection of my sump pump system and explained some of the features of the newer models. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawl space for cracks and, at my request, also looked for possible entry ways into the crawl space for mice of which I occasionally have had problems with. He discovered three cracks that he identified as needing attention and also a possible entry where mice might be getting in. Rich was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich.

I have used Permaseal for multiple services over the past few years. Each time I have pleased with the services and treatment I have received. Today is no different. Through my own negligence, I broke the lid of one of my bubbler pots. So I drove to the Burr Ridge/Willowbrook location to see if they had a replacement part. Fortunately for me, I ran into Joel and Jim. Even though the were probably headed out for lunch, they stopped to help and found just the part I needed!Thanks so much, gentlemen! You made my day!!

We’d like to thank electricians David and Matt T. for their honest and hard work upgrading our electric to work with the new sump pumps. Sergio Alejandro was the OUTSTANDING crew chief for our basement waterproofing. The entire crew was courteous, neat and prompt. Sergio reviewed everything his crew would do, professionally handled the unforeseen issues that occurred and efficiently cleaned up everything when they were done. This was a quality job.
