I highly recommend PermaSeal for any foundation problems, including basement leaks. I am now using this company for the second time to take care of a leak totally unrelated to previous work. The staff is courteous and friendly. Workmanship is professional and clean. I especially would like to acknowledge Jorge Paredes for his help with determining the best remedy for the problem. Jorge is friendly and accommodating without being pushy. His upbeat attitude makes him a pleasure to work with.

Victor is very knowledgeable and professional and did a thorough inspection of our property (including the entire crawl space) looking for potential foundation leaks during a recent service call. He clearly has a lot of experience in this field and was able to clearly explain all the drainage system options to my wife and me. I highly recommend him.

Our system was installed a year ago. I got a call from Perma-Seal advising me to have my annual inspection, cleaning and evaluation of the system (the first one is free!) The tec that came was Mark Lemenager. He was on time, he did a thourough evaluation of the system and cleaned some of the equipment. He was polite, he answered all of my questions, and he explained the importance of a yearly check up. I dealt with many workman during my rehab, and I must say that the staff at PermaSeal were the most proffessional.

George Heller was very professional and did a thorough job of evaluating the water problem. I would highly recommend Perma-Seal.

I been living in myself home for 27yrs dealing with water issues. I always knew I needed to have a professional out to inspect myself basement. I decided to call Permaseal because several people I work with referred them. They sent out a young man (Aaron) who was very knowledgeable. He showed me video’s explaining exactly what I was getting. George was a great helpful and nonpushy salesman. Armando and guys came to do the work and did a fantastic job. We had drain tiles put around our basement and had them put another sump pump in. No more worries when it rains. No more mopping up the water either. Thank goodness for perma seal.
