Sealed 1,400 sf deck
We contracted with Perma-Seal to seal our lake house deck. We could not be more pleased and satisfied with their work. The crew was friendly, professional, and took care to seal every board. What impressed us most was the second day they re-sealed a portion they had completed the previous day because they were not pleased with the coverage. They were careful to not get the sealer on the house or any other place it did not belong. While the job was not cheap, we learned long ago that the bitter taste of low quality lingers long after the sweet taste of low price disappears.
Sump Pump and Backup sump pump system
We recently worked with Dick Forcone to get a new Sump Pump and backup system. Dick was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and very thorough with how the Sump pump system worked. Thoroughly explained the installation process and benefits. Dan Weber did the installation. Dan was very professional during the installation which he did in a timely and efficient matter. We have been very pleased with Perma-Seal starting from the initial visit to the installation. I would highly recommend this company.
Basement waterproofing estimate
Sherry was so friendly and informative and answered any questions I had regarding the details of waterproofing my basement! We are looking forward to having a safe comfortable area to enjoy in just a few weeks!
Routine Maintenance
Scheduled routine maintenance call for liners and pumps in both crawlspaces and the replacement filter in dehumidifier. Miguel Guerrero came out and was excellent in taking care of everything and explaining about what he did and he was even able to fit through the small opening to our second crawl space! Excellent work and product and would recommend your company.
Replacement window cover on basement escape window
Just want to complement your employee Mariano Mavro on an excellent job he did on replacing the window cover. He was courteous and explained in detail what he was going to do. He did this in a pleasant manner as he enjoyed his job and was proud of Perma-Seal. He gets a top rate from us. I would recommend Perma-Seal to others.

Estimate after water in basement
Gary was very thorough and efficient. Honestly told me what he thought happened and put no pressure on me to make a decision or try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I didn’t end up needing any repairs but I will definitely call Permaseal if we get water again. Plus he was great with the dogs.
