Mariano M called to advise he would be at my house in thirty minutes. He arrived when he said and provided an overview of what work could be down in window wells. He then installed the window well covers needed in less than an hour!! I was surprised by the fast service. Although a small job Mariano handled the situation in an orderly and friendly fashion. I appreciate the work Mariano provided!!

Brian and Joel performed the PermaSeal poly level service today for my walkway and patio. The work was impressive from initiation to clean up. I appreciated the suggestions and step-by-step information. They worked tirelessly for several hours despite the less than ideal temperature conditions. Their work ethic was much appreciated. Mariano did a great job installing the window well cover & ladder for our new egress window. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.

Three years ago, I signed up for a 5-year package of annual maintenance visits by Permaseal to check the system they installed. I love that I did this. Each year I get a phone call to remind me it is time for the scheduled maintenance (I have no way to forget). A service person comes, goes through everything, checks (and if necessary, cleans) my sump pump pit and machine and all the lines. They also check the basement walls for cracks and go over all of it with me. I like that they are service oriented and not ‘sales driven.’

I needed to replace my sump pump and decided to get the Basement Defender as well! Ramon Duron handled the job quite well and was very polite and knowledgeable. He managed his time very well! I would highly recommend Permaseal to handle all the tough jobs. I am a long time customer and not interested in using any other company!

Doug Blevins provided exceptional service and would highly recommend his services again. He came to test the Perma-Seal backup system and went above and beyond. Doug was very courteous and answers all my questions regarding the system, as well as, all my questions regarding the water issues in my area. Doug was very knowledgeable and also provided ideas about how to fix the problems with the drainage outside my home. My area has issues with the Storm & Sewer drains and Doug was very knowledgeable and provided insight on who i needed to call to help. Doug even stayed late to help answer all my questions until I was comfortable on how to proceed. Thanks for the great service!

Work done on 10/25/19 in Wheaton. Your crew was outstanding! The foreman took time to fully explain everything to me before starting and answer all my questions. Then the whole crew worked very efficiently, did everything that was promised, and cleaned up after themselves. The next day it rained heavily, and the Permaseal solution worked perfectly.
