Derek Hall was very knowledge, helpful with ideas, and cleaned the dehumidifier filter. He was curious about the ‘turtle’, he never saw one before and wondered why we had/needed it.

Our sales/technition solved a problem and, later, gave advice on about other issues (window wells) that could contribute to water. Jacob is knowledgeable and giving.

I was very happy that I called permaseal everyone has been super helpful and today I had my inspection for my basement to find out why it was leaking water. Zack Warren was my inspector. He greeted me with a smile and welcomed all my questions and eased my worries! He was very detail in explaining what was happening and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He didn’t try to up charge me for things I didn’t need and gave me options to help me afford fixing my basement. Thank you Zack and I hope the contractors are as delightful as you were!

This was a follow up device call to correct an earlier oversight. We also added replacement of the cover.Doug’s call to advise timing of his visit was as promised. He was not aware of the replacement cover need but went the extra mile to get it done. He also put everything back in place and insured there were no leaks. Outstanding detail to everything – we’ll be requesting him to return whenever we need service.

This service is highly recommended. We got our concrete patio lifted and we had some questions about the results. They did not hesitate to send someone out to adjust it and make it completely perfect. The crew was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to when figuring out the best approach, and completed the job to our satisfaction like true professionals. In this day and age, customer service is the most valuable commodity, and these guys are cornering the market on it…thanks so much! (Repairs done 8-16-21)

Howard was the lead plumber on our overhead sewer conversion. He explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to do it. the entire team worked worked very hard for two days on the project and we found them all appealing and very nice to work with. The only issue is that we had a second plumbing project and due to a last minute scheduling change they sent someone else that had no communication with Howard and unfortunately Howard will be returning to redo the project as it wasn’t completed as presented. We will only work with Howard.

Tom Bednar came over today for my estimate. He was very professional and very thorough. Hope to be able to do business with your company.
