I am really happy I called Perma-seal. I had become rather jaundiced concerning contractors working on my home after several experiences but these guys turned all of that around. Kudos to Perma-seal great job great customer service!

Christian did a fantastic job installing my new DC Defender system. My questions are always non-stop regarding any service call and he answered them all in detail and with patience! I will be scheduling installation of a Perma-Dry system in the next 4-6 weeks and hope to maybe see Christian again!

Robert Linard came out and diagnosed the moisture in our basement which was resulting in peeling paint and discoloration. He ran a hose test and advised us to seal the seam between the driveway and our stucco house. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. On the way out he spotted pur baby grand piano and played a couple tunes for us. Very impressive!!

Antonio was very kind and patient. He was not able to identify where the leak is coming from but gave me clear instructions on what to look for and where. I feel he took the required time, double checked multiple areas and went into the crawl space multiple times without getting frustrated or upset.

George was great today. Thank you PermaSeal for all the help. Excited to get the cracks fixed

Antonio replaced the defective dehumidifier unit. To swap the units took only a few minutes. He answered all my questions and confirmed the length of the warranty remaining from the original installation date. Very pleasant experience.

Sean was the best. Was very nice and let me talk about my cars. He showed me all the voids in my concrete that I was unaware of. We just scheduled the work.

I called after my basement flooded and they were able to fit me into their schedule that day. Henry H came over and was able to diagnose the problem and explain the solution thoroughly! He was great to talk to and very helpful as this is the first time I have experienced flooding and did not know what to do. Very kind, highly recommend!

Jon Groen recently completed my yearly maintenance on my sump pump. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions I had.

Antonio, was at our house today and did a very thorough job servicing our sump pump. I am not at all that familiar with the ins and out out of our sump pump so it was great to have him here to look at everything, clean everything and explain everything that was going on to me. He did a great job and was very pleasant. He also gave me options on our maintenance agreement, which was very helpful. I have not made a decision if I will extend or not, but I have the information. Thanks again for the great service

Paul Warner did a thorough inspection of my basement, sump pumps, basement defender, and exterior drainage. He was very helpful and willing to answer my questions about maintenance/replacement of the pumps and systems.

Antonio was my tech today. He was able to come early, so he called me to see if that would work for me, which was great. He arrived at the time we arranged. Antonio is a great communicator, which really made me feel comfortable and respected – something that matters to me very much. He explained everything he was doing clearly, without talking down to me. It was a great load off my mind to have the service done, and to understand more about the system, now that I’ve had it for a year.
