My evaluation comes in two parts. First was the visit by Rob Kirincic the Sales Rep. He was courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the crawl space, explained the process, showed the video and then had to call his boss to validate pricing for the removal of some junk items. Great rep for your company.

On Monday of this week, the team of Daniel, Angel S, and Raul T showed up to start the project. They put down tarps, put on protective clothing and made certain the pathway was clear from the job site to the truck parked in the driveway.. They worked quickly, quietly and very professionally. When finished they cleaned everything, let me examine their work (although I am not qualified to evaluate their work beyond the visual) and then departed. Excellent workmen who are a credit to Perma Seal.

Had work done in 2018. The work was wonderful. I have not had any seepage problems ever since they had done the work. I have scheduled an appointment to have additional work done to my house, because I trust him to give me the best estimate in to him. Peace of mind with their work. Thank you once again, Perma Seal.

Cecil came out to see us today and was an absolute gem! Our house is sloping/slanted, and we’ve had several people out to look at it. Generally, they’ve all said things like, “you’ve got an old house – they just do this,” or otherwise trying to tell us it’s acceptable or not an issue. Cecil, on the other hand, actually took out some tools and measured! He had a laser level; he called a colleague for a second opinion and explained the process to us if we decide to go forward. More than anything, I trust Cecil. It’s easy enough to find someone who has the ‘technical chops’, but to find someone you trust, that’s quite a bit rarer in my experience.

James is an excellent technician. He was prompt and did a full review of my system. I was totally satisfied with his analysis. He was polite and personable. Thank you so much. I have used perma seal for many years and have always had positive results.

Two gentlemen, Luis and Nick, arrived on time and ready to work. Covered my floor with tarp to protect it as they brought materials in and out. They were both courteous and friendly and let me know it would pretty much be an all day job. Helped move and dispose of a few items left in the crawl. After they had finished, I was asked to check it out. Looked great. Much brighter in there. Very satisfied

I want to thank the guys who were here on-time and responsive. They arrived and completed the job, cleaned the space and followed-up after the work. We had record rain the following night and I was extremely concerned. I did not get any water in my basement AT ALL! My spouse and I are so happy as it comes with a life-time warranty. I would recommend this company immediately. Great job and keep up the great work.

Nick provided comprehensive background about how a back up sump pump would meet our needs. Ramon installed the back up sump pump. He kept me informed about what he would do, how the system works, and advised me well on what next steps to take for setting up the Basement Defender. Overall, they both provided a great service.
