The whole crew did a wonderful job! Fidel, Alverio and Leo, were the last ones here to make sure the basement was clean, they even mopped my floor. Fidel has a wonderful and friendly personality. He made sure to answer all my questions before leaving. Fidel, Alverio and Leo worked so well together, it was great to see that kind of team work. These gentlemen deserve a rating of 5!

We were told the crew would be here between 8:00 and 9:00. Called the representative of company at 9:25 since no one was still here. Finally the crew called and said they would be here in 20 min. They did a great job leveling the floor, but filling the cracks were not worth it. Could of done that much ourself.$750. For that little crack fill not at all worth it.

fidel, Alverto, and Jose M arrived a little early and completed the job in good time. They were polite and answered all my questions. The job was completed on August 27.

Mariano M. did an excellent job installing my Basement Defender. He was very friendly and professional. Mariano’s knowledge of the product was good and he explained everything to me well. Though I didn’t interact much with Salvador C. I noticed he did good work as well. He cleaned up the work site beyond my expectations. The entire installation went smoothly and because of these two individuals I would definitely recommend Perma-Seal.

We contracted with Perma-Seal to seal our lake house deck. We could not be more pleased and satisfied with their work. The crew was friendly, professional, and took care to seal every board. What impressed us most was the second day they re-sealed a portion they had completed the previous day because they were not pleased with the coverage. They were careful to not get the sealer on the house or any other place it did not belong. While the job was not cheap, we learned long ago that the bitter taste of low quality lingers long after the sweet taste of low price disappears.

We recently worked with Dick Forcone to get a new Sump Pump and backup system. Dick was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and very thorough with how the Sump pump system worked. Thoroughly explained the installation process and benefits. Dan Weber did the installation. Dan was very professional during the installation which he did in a timely and efficient matter. We have been very pleased with Perma-Seal starting from the initial visit to the installation. I would highly recommend this company.
