Ken Allen Laundie and Rego were very professional. They came to inspect the functionality of the check valve/ ejector pit system in our front yard. They were a little early to the job, but came with everything they needed to change my 9 year old Pump ( working fine but past its service life expectation), and inspect the lines feeding the pit. I am very satisfied with the service and recommendations they provided.

(Kenneth) Allen has been to our home twice. First when we had a battery sump and ice guard installed, and again today for the annual maintenance check. Allen is super knowledgable and took to time explain everything he was doing, and also answered all of our questions. He was polite and thorough during both visits. A+ customer service. Pedro came with two works and finished the job in one day.They worked very hard and left the place in good condition. I have no complaints about the workers. Hoping my basement keeps dry.

On Jan 12th, 2020 I had repair work in my basement. The crew send over did a spectacular job on the repair. Communication as to what was going to be done was explained to me explicitly. Mariano M called to advise he would be at my house in thirty minutes. He arrived when he said and provided an overview of what work could be down in window wells. He then installed the window well covers needed in less than an hour!! I was surprised by the fast service. Although a small job Mariano handled the situation in an orderly and friendly fashion. I appreciate the work Mariano provided!!

Brian and Joel performed the PermaSeal poly level service today for my walkway and patio. The work was impressive from initiation to clean up. I appreciated the suggestions and step-by-step information. They worked tirelessly for several hours despite the less than ideal temperature conditions. Their work ethic was much appreciated.
