Today, I had the pleasure of working with Nick L regarding a consultation for my home. I wanted to learn of new solutions to keep my basement dry. Nick L was very informative, listened to my desires and helped me with the best solutions that would be permanent and not a “quick fix.” Nick L, showed me examples, explained why certain options would be better than others, showed me how the work would be done and gave an itemized breakdown of the quote provided to me. Having a wet basement is a homeowners nightmare. Nick L, thank you for your high level of professionalism and patience with me having questions. Technician, James Heath, performed said inspections at my son’s house in Darien on July 26th. James arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the scope of his visit in a very concise and clear manner. Inspections were completed very quickly. He went over the results and identified other areas he felt should be noted. Explained same and formulated a proposal on the spot and submitted accordingly. I found James to be a very personable and professional individual. He is a team member that any company would be happy to have. So, a big shout out for a job well done! A sure 5 star rating.
