Jake was courteous and professional with a thorough inspection discovering a new crack in our basement foundation wall. He also made us aware of options to upgrade our homes sump system to better protect us from flooding.

Dick did a Phenomenal Job of explaining everything very well.

In this day and age of “lack of customer service” – I found this young man to be very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I will admit to have met with several other businesses regarding this problem – but your young man impressed me the most!!. I think what I appreciated was the respect I was shown. Believe me, even in this day and age, some people forget that women have brains. We even got the right to vote!! ha ha. Chris will go far and he represents you and your company very very well. I’m sorry I won’t be able to do business with you, due to a warranty issue ( which I totally understand) but I did want to let you know you were well represented!! Even tho I couldn’t use you – I will recommend your company to my friends should they have issues in the future.

I had a consultation with John Ferguson today. Exceptional agent, very precise and well aware of what works need to be done to repair cracks in basement. Alone with how to restructure and re-anchor foundational wall in my basement. All in a effort to stop leaking and flooding problems occurring in my basement. He and I both went to the basement where he inspected the area of concern and did show where areas of water intrusion was evident. He then was able to provide a cost and a date for the repairs. Jim G came out today for a review. Jim provided a thorough explanation of permaseal process. He explained issues noted and remediation. I do plan on contacting permaseal when ready.

Joe Semany spent at least two and a half hours troubleshooting a problem I was having with my Basement Defender. He solved the problem and also installed a dehumidifier. I couldn’t be more pleased. He was very personable and easy to work with and I would be happy to have him back again, hopefully just for routine maintenance next time. Thanks for all of your help Joe!

John did a very thorough job here today! Fixed an issue we had with our defender system. Installed incorrectly but he fixed & explained to me how everything is set up.

Kyle arrived on time for our annual maintenance inspection. He was thorough throughout the inspection of our home, both interior and exterior. At the end of our appointment we went through the checklist together and was helpful in answering any questions we had.

Anthony was very helpful with explaining the different options of recommendations, and not very high pressure like similar companies. Would highly recommend!!
