Sean was extremely polite, patient and understanding. We were running late from a doctor’s appointment and Sean waited for us with no question. We stayed in good communication via text message and he was totally willing just to stay in the area and stick around to work with us. Great experience overall!

Jon was great! He immediately noted needed improvements for the crawlspace and the foundation around (outside of) the home that I could implement to keep water from deteriorating the foundation. He mentioned, cheaper steps that I could implement as a new home-owner as well as long term projects…that were expensive but necessary. I appreciate the straightforwardness and honesty!

I had Nick D come out and he provided outstanding service. Not only did he address my initial concerns, he took the time to explain exactly the root cause of why the leak was happening! It was great that he shared his knowledge!

Keegan King came out to perform routine maintenance on our sump pump systems, foundation walls and dehumidifier. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and what his findings were. He was professional, courteous and respectful of my house. He took the time to not only explain everything to me but he talked to my husband on the phone and explained everything to him also. All in all, a wonderful experience.
