Jesse was great

Antonio G came out to service our sump pump system for our yearly maintenance last month. It was an informative experience hearing some recommendations for our system that could use some attention and I felt comfortable that we were secure from flooding after he left.

Antonio was courteous and very informative. It was a horrible day until he made things seem solvable.

We sooo appreciated the work you did for stopping the leakage in our basement. A couple years after you completed your work, we sold our house through a very bad rainy season and your work continued to keep the basement dry through closing and beyond!!! Had some seepage in my basement. Nicholas Liguras came out to find the source of my problem. He was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. Nicholas was very thorough in his investigation. Turned out it wasn’t a foundation issue and didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need.

This is our second project with Perma-Seal. The first experience was excellent so we asked for them to complete three new projects. Our estimated, Dick, was very knowledgeable and well prepared to evaluate our project and quote a solution. We are very pleased with Perma-Seal.

Nicholas Liguras original appointment and consultation time was between 2-4pm. He called and asked if he could come earlier. That was a plus for me, he came in a timely manner, I showed him my basement and the problem areas. Throughout Nick was more than exceptional in his approach, time management, explaining services, products and options available to me. He was also very polite and knowledgeable about the company and products and his customer service he provided to me was phenomenal.

Just had poly lifting job completed and couldn’t be happier from start to finish. Javier and Louis did an excellent job. Looks great. Left job so clean you would never know anyone was here other than the fact I’m walking on level ground now and my new steps look fantastic with bottom step up to code. Antonio was courteous, friendly and timely. He explained our current system is doing well and indicated when our pump warranty will expire. In addition, he reviewed our exterior and suggested a couple improvements.
