Dave came here today and explained everything to me and all my options. I was $200 dollars off comparing my price in my head to Perma-Seals. They did my neighbors house a few years back so I know the quality is there. No doubt they’ll be fixing my basement soon. Thank you for your time Dave, pleasure doing business with Perma-Seal.

Perfecto and his crew were considerate when working on my crawl space. They wore covers on their shoes and put a tarp on their path to keep my house clean. They worked hard to be done by the time I had to leave.

I worked with Josue Hernandez on a project to encapsulate our crawlspace. Upon arrival, he assessed what needed to be done, and was very thorough in explaining the issue so that I felt well informed on our options. There were some very difficult aspects to our project (shape and entries to our crawlspace) but he did a great job to accommodate. We are pleased with the final result.

Jake Showed up early and was able to explain and assuage our fears after discovering our underground discharge line had failed. Getting it replaced will give us peace of mind and security that our crawlspace stays dry. 5 Stars!

Jason was here to fix a leak a week after a previous visit failed to stop a leak. He was on time, polite, quick and did quality work to fix the leaks. He was happy to explain and review his work when complete.
